I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times,but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.

I was amazed by their customer service! I had an appointment with their designer Pat Everett and she walked me through the entire process. She took her time and explained everything to me as it was my first time. The other companies didn't provide me this opportunity. They assumed I had done this before. Pat couldn't talk about pricing until she had a design in place which was understandable. She came to my house, took measurements and we talked about my wishlist. She educated me on the different options. From start to finish, Pat was very responsive and extremely detail-oriented. She's everything you require of a designer/sales person and is honest, as well! I had them come and redo my kitchen years ago and I just called on them again to do our bathrooms. When I spoke with Ted, he remembered me (that never happens) and told me that David would reach out to me to schedule and sure enough, David called quickly afterward. We were able to put something on the books for the very next week and now I have beautiful cabinets! Also, when David came to take measurements, he checked out our kitchen, noticed a slight blemish with one of the seams and told me he would fix that too- without skipping a beat! The best part was the professionalism. Somehow, the night after the install, there was a leak in one of the new cabinets. Not only was David quick to respond, but he told me he would do whatever it takes to make it right. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. David and his crew were quick, super nice, fixed the leak, tore out the sheet rock, called a sheetrock repair guy and painter to come out and complete the job free of charge. We chose the J&K Dove White "E" line. Apparently this is the J&K budget line, but you would be hard pressed to find anything budget about them. They look beautiful and have a good solid feel to them. Any little adjustment that had to be done was done and made to look as if it was all there from the beginning. David wanted to take pics when he was done, but I wanted him to wait until the whole kitchen was done because it didn't do the cabinets a justice to not see them in a finished kitchen. Rest assured, we will have him come back when it is all done to take pictures to really show how nice these cabinets are. I would absolutely recommend them for your next cabinet job!

From the minute I stepped into the Showcase Design showroom and was met by Cassie, I was treated as if I were their number-one priority, all the way to the finish. Cassie is the greatest as their frontline rep. She is pleasant, professional, and patient. Jill and Frank, the owners, are extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience, and both are a treasure to work with. Frank and his crew came out to the house and took measurements, and one of the best parts is that they showed up on time! This is often a rarity in the service industry these days, so I greatly appreciated that. All of the people on their team, including Jeff, who did the shower glass, Paul, the electrician, J.C., who did the backsplash, Ron, the painter, the countertop crew -- everyone -- were personable, very experienced, and a pleasure to work with. The countertops were installed in just one day, and the backsplash took only two. The wallpaper removal and painting took a while, as we were told it would, but otherwise the whole process was flawless. I love these people. One of the hallmarks of their business is the personal touch brought on by Jill, the owner, who practically lives on her email in order to give customers immediate feedback and answers. All I wanted was an initial consultation and to get on their schedule for the future, no matter how far off. I felt I was being pretty lenient (I mean, how many of their customers walk in the door and say I'm not in any sort of rush?), given that I came in during the summer and was asking for a January start date. But because I was treated coldly, I looked elsewhere. How lucky I was to come upon the great reviews of Showcase Design of Apex!
