Within just three months of purchasing my car, it started having serious issues. The only time this company communicates is when they want money -- otherwise, they completely ignore you. I have a warranty and followed their instructions to take the car to a specific mechanic. It's now been over a week, and I've received zero updates or communication. On top of that, the mechanic they sent me to can't even work on the vehicle. My car has been sitting in a lot uselessly, and I've had to spend $80+ per day on Ubers just to get to work. This place scammed my son out of $3000. Very friendly and helpful upfront, with his credit issues etc., but overall sheisty in the long run. The Jeep they bought had transmission issues the week after. KarzPlus mechanic "fixed" it, but it never ran proper. The monthly payment was 21 days late for the third months payment and the car was repossessed, on a Thursday from work, without notice. When my daughter-in-law called the "finance" company the very next business day, she was informed the car was already sold back to the dealer and she would need to follow up with them. What the heck? The Jeep is sitting in a tow lot and now they are charging my son $200 to get their belongings from the vehicle. All the way around this was a rotten deal, very suspicious. This company takes advantage of people with bad credit. After reading other reviews, I really believe a class action suit is a serious option to deal with this company. Within days he was able to get me approved and we worked something out with the other car that had a failed transmission and was able to get me a car ASAP and they were able to take the failed transmission car off my hands! First walked in and was sold a dream and explained to them I would reach out to my credit union to get the loan confirmed. Stephen informed me I would have one day, mind you this was at 3pm. Went home excited made the calls, credit union responded to me around 11am the following day. Made the call to Karz to inform I've been approved and would be down for the vehicle. Stephen says oh it's sold! I then stated you said I had 1 day to get my things in order and the vehicle will be held. You did not say overnight will be held! There is 24 hours in a day, if I came in at 3pm I should have at least til 3pm the next day. However, I'm aware it's a business and you want to sell your cars. Next time do better! They sold me a car, gave me all kind of reports of how good the car was, told me the car only had work done to the driver side but as soon as I took it to the dealership they said "the bumper was painted and it was a cheap job because the paint splatter shows", the bumper is also barely still on. The driver side seat slides every time I come to a stop which means there was an un reported accident or they withheld the damage info. When I was stagnant about even buying Jose said nobody would finance me so I should take the car, I def fell for it and come to find out there were other people financing with lower rates willing to finance me. Worst car dealership ever. At first I was satisfied with my car got a good price on it and everything but who knew that a couple of days that I took it out that lot everything was gonna change. It all started with the horn a couple days from having the car the horn decided to stop working which that also affected the steering wheel. I couldn't use the buttons that were given on the steering wheel cuz either they wouldn't work or they were acting up. It's ridiculous how these dealerships just sell you the cars when they know dam well what they really have. Here comes July and the car started acting up once again. If I could give a no star I would. I bought a 2010 Chevy Aveo from them. The sales person was awesome (so I thought). I will admit it was my fault for buy a car out of impulse because I was with out a car for a good year and I just wanted a car. My biggest concern was a reliable car, something that would get me from point A to point B. The salesman told me that their mechanic looked over the car and that the car was in great shape. Come to find out, the car I was getting just came in a THAT SAME DAY (as in someone traded it in). I didn't put two and two together when he told me that. Car was running great, for the first month (after the month warranty was up), I paid out of pocket the wheel hub bearings, new tires (the ones on the car were showing thread). Two months after I had the car it over heated on me, on the side of the Freeway in rush hour. I was pissed, because I just filled up all the liquids in the car. Thank God for Alex (will be reviewing him), helped me out, even gave me a rental while my car was being fixed. Their customer service is horrible, it seems once when they get your money they want nothing to do with you. I went in because I had not received my license plates (this is my second car I bought, my last car they mailed me new license plates). So I went and asked the manager about it, he talked down to me like I was stupid, apparently they put their logo over the plates. I have never heard of that nor has my friend who is someone that buys cars and flips them, so he knows his stuff. The manager told me "if I had any common sense than I would have know where to look." he also kept walking away from me when I was talking to him, he wouldn't even look at me when he was speaking to me. I don't care if you are having a bad day you don't like that to ANYONE. I bought the car at night, HUGE mistake on my part, because when I was expecting it the next day it looked like a murder scene inside my car. The interior of my car is stained with red stuff (not sure it is blood or not, honestly don't want to know), pieces are missing off of it. They took advantage of me, they added all these charges with out me knowing & I ended up needing to pay about 2k cash in 2 months from purchase. 2 weeks later check engine light comes on, and all these other issues start to Happen.
