Worst service experience I've ever had at a dealership. My vehicle sat in their shop for nearly two weeks with zero communication or updates. They were unable to diagnose or fix any of the issues and ultimately had to tow it to another dealership because they couldn't figure it out. I wasn't offered a loaner despite the long delay, was asked to pay out of pocket to disconnect a dealership-installed GPS for a battery draw issue that should've been covered under warranty, and was even told to send an AAA technician to check the battery for them. After three visits and consistently poor customer service, the vehicle was towed elsewhere, where the issues were quickly identified and handled professionally. I'd strongly recommend taking your business to a more competent service department. read more

Worst experience with the worst employees I've ever worked with, not only was I told to pay for my own loaner vehicle when my brand new truck was experiencing warranty issues at 2000 miles but it took three months and they couldn't even fix it and gave me my own truck as a loaner vehicle and this was the fifth time it had been in since purchased! I was looking for a cheap or reasonably inexpensive older truck so I could just haul a few things from Home Depot or Lowe's or somewhere, and these guys have had a few pick ups for sale in the auto trader, but when I got there, they supposedly only wholesale them I guess those things are designed to drag somebody in here and try to sell them a $15,000 used truck like the guy tried to sell me. Don't waste your time. Went it with a pre-approved check from Navy Federal. Chose a Jeep Gladiator and made it very clear that I had the check and I just wanted the final cost. Had an add from site showing $30K, finance manager came and just focused on me using their finance lenders. He brought the common 4 square game had a different price on the vehicle. And added a total of $15K to the price. so went from $30K to $45K. When I told them i wasn't interested anymore he got upset and ran his mouth. Followed me outside while still running his mouth. This place is a joke and the worst dealership I have dealt with in 30 years of buying cars. Who throws away money just to make a few bucks. I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased a brand-new 2025 GMC Acadia Denali in April, fully loaded with every upgrade, including Super Cruise. Also paid top dollar for the extended warranty. What should have been a premium experience has been anything but. By November, the brakes were already squeaking. When I brought it in that December, I was told it was due to a known design flaw with the brake pads. Despite this, the dealership refused to cover the repair, claiming the factory warranty had expired at 7K miles (I was at 12K) and that the issue was "normal wear and tear," so the extended warranty didn't apply either. After a month of back-and-forth, and escalating to GMC corporate, they finally agreed to fix it in January. The experience only got worse from there: - No courtesy vehicle offered - No timeline provided - Zero communication for an entire week When I finally got the car back, the repair wasn't even done correctly, the rotors hadn't been properly addressed, causing the car to shake when braking, forcing yet another trip back. Then in March, the same brake issue returned, along with new problems: Super Cruise stopped working, and my garage opener failed. I brought it back in on April 7th for my third visit. Again: - No loaner vehicle - My car sat untouched well past my appointment time (at least a couple hours from what I saw) - Four full business days with zero updates After chasing them down, I learned they needed a part (which they initially failed to order in time). Days later, I was told it was a Telematics Control Module, but only after repeatedly asking. As of now, I'm looking at 11+ days without my vehicle... for a car that is less than a year old. The issue isn't just the defective parts, it's the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. At this price point, and for a flagship vehicle, this is unacceptable. I have never experienced service this poor. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing or doing business with this dealership. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MARCO ORDUÑO, SERVICE ADVISOR The performed a diagnostic test that was included in GMC CANYON warranty, and they never informed me that my warranty had expired.  They charged me for the diagnostic. I complained because I hadn't been told the diagnostic test would cost money, and Marcos was rude to me on the phone. He told me I had to pay, no matter what. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, Marcos deliberately refused and hung up on me. I called three times asking to speak to the supervisor, Dominic, the CEO, or anyone who could help me--any employee except Marco--and all the calls ended up being answered by Marco. Every employee who answered my calls transferred them to Marco when I specifically asked to speak to someone else. It was an abuse of power. I called GMC National Customer Service and filed a complaint. All I got was a 50% refund for the diagnostic, but not a single apology from GMC. Not one apology for the way I was treated. I have never been humiliated the way GMC allowed their employee Marco to do it, and to top it off, no GMC executive called or contacted me to apologize. The day I picked up my GMC Canyon, no one in service apologized, and neither did Marco; he just ignored me. I will never again in my life go to a GMC dealership, much less buy a vehicle from them. I would say that the buying experience should have been a big red flag since they initially wouldn't honor their advertised price. But, service is seriously the worst experience I've ever had in my life. You can make an appointment for a warranty item, but when you bring your car in they will tell you they won't be able to see it for MAYBE 3-5 business days. If you ask if you can just bring it back in 3-5 business days, they will tell you that they can MAYBE see it in 3-5 business days from then. I have had water leak out of every opening in my roof on a brand new car and their solution is don't park under a tree. I would caution you from purchasing or bringing your car here for service. Hello, It was a horrible experience, my credit was ranned and I ready to make the purchase then at that moment I was informed there was a recall in the vehicle 2018 3500 Sierra by Carlos the manager. He informed us to follow up in a week after the recall of the vehicle was fixed. I offered to leave a down-payment of 10k to make the deal official which he said it was not necessary. I asked if he could place our agreement in writing which he also said it was not necessary. I called him several times and not once did he return my call all within a week. I decided to call the dealer directly and was informed by a salesman the vehicle was already sold. Fortunately I found a better deal at dodge which there service has been the best. Anyone can sell a car--but it takes an honest dealership to stand behind their word and listen to their customers. Honor GMC is not that dealership. From the start, this dealership has shown a total lack of accountability and customer care. When we purchased our Yukon, I specifically expressed concern about the low gas mileage and made it clear that if the vehicle truly performed that poorly, I would not go through with the purchase. The salesman reassured me--telling me what I wanted to hear--that the mileage would improve after driving more. That was a lie. Now, the service department is contradicting everything the salesman said. They claim the MPG I'm getting is "normal," and refuse to even inspect the vehicle. Manager Eddie originally told me to schedule an appointment and that they would provide a loaner while checking the issue. But the service manager called without even seeing the car, denying service altogether and insisting there's "nothing wrong." How can you know that without looking at the vehicle? To make matters worse, I've emailed the owner, called multiple times, and tried to reach higher management, yet no one has returned a single call or email. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable--especially for a company that claims to value families and military members. I'm beyond frustrated with Honor GMC and their complete lack of accountability and customer service. Since purchasing my Yukon, this dealership has done nothing but give me the runaround, deny responsibility, and feed me one lie after another. I am now documenting every single attempt I've made to resolve this issue because Honor GMC refuses to acknowledge that their salesman misled us to make a sale. My elderly father fell victim to a scam run by this dealership. Roughly 6 months ago, my elderly father traded in his older Buick and purchased a brand new 2023 Terrain SUV. Fast forward to today, my father was greeted by a police officer who came to his door to serve him with a warrant for a hit and run that took place in LA county. The officer explained that his vehicle which was the old vehicle that was traded in for the new Terrain, was involved in a hit and run in LA County and the car was registered in his name so he had to be the culprit. This couldn't be further from the truth. Doing research we discovered that Honor GMC dealership "sold" my father's trade in and somehow the person they "sold" it to, got to drive off the lot with the car still registered in my father's name and with the same license plates. The person. Apparently, has been reaking havoc all over LA County under my father's name. I have called and tried to speak to someone here. No one cares. My father and other family members have been to this dealership in person regarding this matter, and this dealership keeps giving everyone the run around. I've been passed to 2 different managers and multiple employees. This last time I called someone told me that there not the same dealership that they were bought out and now I need to visit a GMC in El Cajon city to resolve the matter. While we are getting the run around from this dealership. The problem is growing worse. The DMV does not believe that this happened to my father. He has been stuck with tickets and fines that he had to pay to keep his drivers license. Next steps will be legal, because this seems very scammy to me. My father can't be the only one experiencing this from this dealership. Something tells me we're not the only ones . They prey on the elderly and the people that don't know better. I just bought a 2018 Infiniti Q60 from Honor GMC, and I handled it all from Bend Oregon without ever visiting the dealer. They had the car I wanted so I called them and it was easy from there. My sales pro was Alex De Bella, and he was very friendly and helpful. The sale was a little more complicated since I wasn't there, but Alex made it all work, and he was available for a couple of calls after the transaction. In addition, I was fortunate enough to get connected with Giancarlo Chatman in the Finance Department, and he was just as friendly and helpful as Alex. The downfall was that dealer does not have loaner cars and my truck was there for 3 days. Luckily my husband knows his way around mechanic and was able to replace half the messed up issues it had. If we took it to the dealership it would've cost us more than 1k. Apart from buying the parts and all it was still pricey. This is without all of the sensory things we've realized are also messed up and it's out of my husband ability to fix. A repair mechanic looked at my other tires and instantly knew they were all bad. Honor GMC has ignored my calls (said they would have someone return my call) and left me sitting for hours at the dealership waiting for a reason why they overlooked this. After waiting they gave me an excuse as to why they could not help and would have the general manager call, which they never did. THERE IS NO HONOR OR INTEGRITY IN WHAT THEY DO AND THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR VEHICLE! As a last resort before filing a small claims lawsuit, I am writing this review...hoping that Laissa Sanchez, CEO, Garan Godfrey, Owner/GM, and Jason Briggs, Director of Operations, will be notified and contact us for a resolution. A few days ago, I accompanied my brother to buy a used vehicle, from this dealership. At that time, we were told that all vehicles go through a 222 point inspection...and unlike small dealerships, they don't sell vehicles with problems...etc... We immediately noticed that the parking brake did not engage properly. We went back to dealership and spoke with Freddie (salesman) and Oscar (represented as Freddie's boss), whom told us to come back today. We did go to Midas (repair shop) before coming back (for second opinion). They showed us leak in rear seal and contamination of brake shoes. They gave us estimate of approx. $670 to fix everything. We came back to GMC and spoke to Freddie whom told us everything on Midas estimate would be addressed - including loud rattling that we could hear. When we went to service, Christian, the service advisor, said the only thing requested to be repaired was parking brake. When we went back to Freddie, he told us Manager, Eddie, would come talk to us. Eddie came over with a sign that stated 'AS-IS' on it...when we told him that we were told vehicle had been inspected - 222 point inspection, he tried changing our words around in attempts to confuse us!! I am very surprised that this dealership did not take immediate responsibility to complete a serious safety repair involving brakes! WOW! I was considering a purchase of a Hummer...and this is the last place I would go to buy a vehicle! read more
