They said it was mixed in with the new ones on their rack and they couldn't tell the difference because there is so much dust on everything there. They did refund my money but I wouldn't recommend them. Selling tires for a living one should be able to tell the difference between old and new stock regardless of dust. Why put both on the same rack? They need to be better organized and cleaner in their shop to avoid such mistakes.

They charged a bit more than others wanted for the same tires, but I wanted to support our local small businesses. I immediately noticed a slight shimmy in the truck at certain speeds and suspected that the tires were not balanced correctly. I made an appointment with chevy to check the balance and not one of the four tires were balanced. After Chevy balanced them, the shimmy was gone. I would have assumed that one of them not being balanced was a mistake but all four? This is a tire business and there is no excuse for the tires not being balanced correctly. This was total and complete incompetence. I will never go there again. I would never recommend this business to anyone. NEVER!
