Dr.Damirchi is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I have been a patient of his since February of 2012 and he's done so much to help me change mi=y life for the best. Been my primary for awhile, the physician is not for everybody it takes awhile to get used to him. But he does a good job and so does his assistant Cindy. My problem is with the POS staff, it started last September when I saw him for a checkup, after the appointment they said they would call back to make an appointment when the computers were up. 2 weeks go by and nothing, I call back no answer for days. So I gave up cause I still see my cardiologist and nephrologist regularly and can get help if I need it. Let's skip to about a month ago, I ran out of refills and called. When I got through they said no problem we'll call it in to your pharmacy. I go to work and 5 days later, I go pick up my meds. They tell me that your doctor won't refill. So I call them up and say what happened. They said we can't refill till you see the physician, they waited 5 days for me to call back to tell me. So I said could you make me an appointment, they said ok please send a pic of your ID and insurance card. I did and a month later no calls or status. When I do call I here someone pick up and hang up. The pills I need or for my heart and I have been on them for 2 years and will be on for the rest of my life. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen, and cause the doc does only video chats from his home and not in his office cause of the Covid. They basically get paid to do nothing and I hope the realize how much they are putting there patients in danger. I have stopped taking my med for a month now. I would get a new doc but it's hard trying to walk in and physically talk to them before you can commit to them being your physician. Avoid this place they don't give a shit, and your putting your health at risk. read more

I am a new patient with Doctor Damirichi. What a wonderful experience i have had so far. Doctor is great, I felt his concern about my health. He really made me feel comfortable. I had some issue opening the virtual visit online, but once i figured it out it worked great, make sure to open with google chrome. I also want to give kudos to his staff, Maria, Lynn and Alexa they have been very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. The front desk associate Mira is the most disrespectful individual I've ever had to deal with when calling to make appointments for my elderly parents. No staff member providing service/care should ever speak to patients or children of patients the way this staff member does. Mira makes it difficult for my parents to even want to call the doctor office for help, at which they ask me to do it. I too have a hard time when having to call the office because I know this front desk Associate is going to be rude, short, and condescending towards me. The doctor should know that Mira is a representation of his medical practice and he should really consider giving her a reality check on how she should be addressing patients and their families when on the phone, or in person. New patients beware, I'd strongly suggest you seek a different doctor in order to avoid the headache of this staff member. read more

Had 2 appointments made with this doctor and still has not called/text! They expect people to be by the phone all day and on call when there was an appointment made. The staff does not even communicate that the dr is running late. Just now received a call to reschedule for tomorrow! A 3rd appointment now! They called 5 hours AFTER the actual appointment! Staff was rude when I called and tried to explain that I have other things I have to do because this is an appointment for my uncle that is not tech savvy at all and I have to help him but I also have zoom sessions everyday for my son and I can't wait all day for a call that an appointment was made for! I waited 4 hours the first time and now 5 hours today! This is absolutely ridiculous waste of time. read more

Dr Damirchi has been my PCP for at least 30 years. He has always taken good care of me and my family. He is responsible, knowledgeable and he really listened to my concerns. I trust him and I hope to have him as my doctor for quite sometime to come. read more

My teenage daughter recently saw Dr Damirchi for the first time. I called on a Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment because my daughter suddenly broke out in a rash. When I called the office they asked me a few general questions regarding her symptoms, which was handled professionally. They informed me that they would forward my concerns to Dr Damirchi to obtain the soonest available appointment. I was relieved when the office returned my call within 20 minutes. They offered me a same day appointment via telehealth, which I gladly accepted. My call was handled with such professionalism and efficiency. Most importantly, Dr Damirchi is an awesome doctor with great bedside manners. He gave me and my daughter peace of mind, which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be recommending this doctors office to family and friends!! read more

This review is not related to Dr. Damirchi as a physician, my husband has been a patient of his for several years and was happy with the care he received. This is about the receptionists that check you in for your appointment. We recently changed my husband's health insurance to ChampVA. An insurance provided by the VA to spouses of disabled veterans. He uses IEHP as his secondary insurance. We called prior to making his appointment to make sure they accept ChampVA and was assured that they do. Providers who accept TriCare, (insurance for military retirees) also accept ChampVA. The sole purpose of today's visit was for a referral to an oncologist under his new insurance. When we arrived the receptionist said we had to go to a VA hospital because it's a VA insurance. We explained that we called ahead of time and was told that they do accept ChampVa. She checked and indeed their office accepts our insurance. While calling to confirm my husband's eligibility for ChampVA the receptionist said she was on hold for too long and was just going to use IEHP for this visit. We again explained that we had to use ChampVA for a referral to oncology. She rudely said that we'd just have to sit and wait. After an hour I asked if they confirmed eligibility and she said she couldn't remain on hold with the insurance company and if we wanted to be seen we had to use IEHP. We finally left without being seen. We quickly found him another primary care physician who's office had no problem confirming his insurance at Beaver Medical Group. read more

My husband was hurt at work and needed a medical diagnosis, we called and made an appointment with no problem. We were seen the following day and his visit went great. The receptionist/ manager (per her) was very rude!! My mother has been a patient for Dr. Damirchi and had waited a long time for this app. I had attended this appointment with her. I had brought food in a sealed container. THERE WAS NO SIGN ABOUT "NO FOOD OR DRINK" posted anywhere inside or outside the door. I put the container in my purse as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist instead of greeting us, (not even the patient)said i need to take the container "outside the building" she was aware that it was put away, and not even opened the entire time. She then threatened to reschedule my mother's appointment bc I refused to take the sealed container out of the building. I mentioned to her that there was no sign posted saying no food in the building. She was being very loud and yelling INFRONT of the other patients. She AGAIN said to my mom (the patient) that she's just going to reschedule her appointment. I asked her why would she need to do that when the patient was alreay there. She replied bc the container of food(that was in the purse) I then asked to speak to the manager and she replied "I AM THE MANAGER, AND I'M SAYING YOU CANT HAVE FOOD OR DRINK IN HERE!!" very rude and loud. Yet there were other patients that had coffee, and a baby with a bottle that she didn't say or threaten to reschedule their appointment. 30 mins went by and again she threatened to reschedule the appointment. At this point the patient and I had been waiting an hour, and threatened to be rescheduled 3 times. All with this receptionist saying something about new carpet and other irrelevant mentionings Had I seen a sign posted I wouldn't had brought anything with me, yet it was put away in my property. She said that since "the purse can tilt, it needs to be removed" She has horrible manners when speaking to the patient and family. She needs to be reoriented on manners, and if that is the policy it should be posted!!! Finally after 1hour and 48mins the patient was called to the back! I will continue to accompany my MOM to her appointments and hope that issue gets resolved. read more

This is the worst doctors office i have ever had! I would not even give 1 star if I could... Every time i went to them for anything it was a fight! They took more than a month for a single paper to get filled out and then it was incomplete... I strongly warn you NOT to use this office! They tried to over charge me for the paperwork fee and when the insurance contacted them they even gave them a hard time! I would rather go without care then be seen by them again! Make sure to ask them exactly what they will be doing prior to having any procedure done by him! read more

Dr Damirchi is a good Dr in terms of being very knowledgeable and doing everything in the best of his ability to get his patients referred out to seek help however, this man is terrible to his employees. I have been to this office twice and each time he belittles his employees in front of the patients for making minor mistakes. As a healthcare provider this saddens me. These ladies always have positive attitudes and are very respectful. The only thing I would change about this office is the fact that Dr. Damirchi does not treat everyone with the respect that they deserve. read more

I am relatively new patient of this office and am appalled at the way Dr treats his staff. While you are waiting in the rooms he can be heard in the hallway barking at the staff for various reasons; he entered my room and before greeting me, called out for a girl in the back. He started ridiculing her for not offering me a blanket (I was in for a PAP smear) and for allowing me to lay on my back without alerting him I was ready. I spoke up and said that I was not cold, it was actually hot in the exam room, and that I layered down to ease my back which is injured. He looked at me and didn't even pause and continued berating her. At the end of my appointment he asked the back office manager a question about a referral of mine and while she tried to answer, he continued speaking over her and got himself confused although I understood what she said. While he is an okay doctor and somewhat listens to your concerns as a patient it is hard to call him a great doctor because of the way he treats his staff; they're human too and if he can't treat them with respect, it leaves you wondering how much he actually cares for his patients. read more
