My maintenance stopped and my inquires both email and phone were ignored until the spring. the payments kept coming out of my account but I still received no service. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.

Also was having a vinyl chain link fence to divide yard installed by them. Started on time, workers did the brickwork and turf well. Great employees. Then Tom showed up saying "my fence guy wants to do a wood/wire fence instead...he says it will still match your existing fence." I asked about price adjustment, he said it was more expensive but he wouldn't charge anything. This was a horrible decision. Fence looks like a middle school project. It took me a month to finally get Tom (owner) to come out. Stain was not complete, rough cuts were left as-is, latch didn't latch. When he finally came out, he had a ton of excuses. He "fixed" the latch by inserting a piece of wire to jimmy the latch. Told my wife that "the stain just looks different in the sun and it's completely stained (it's not). Told her the rough cuts and ripped/frayed edges were normal (I was out of town). I asked him to come back when I was home, it took almost two weeks to get him back. He told me the same, when I confronted him about the wire piece "fix" he said "not me". Said rough cuts/frays "can be filed but will change the look of the fence". I told him I wanted the fence re-stained and to have his office contact me with a date so I could be home. That was 2 months ago. I'm simply chalking it up to "shame on me for this choice" and doing the fix myself.
