We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

There are laminated signs everywhere with instructions & rules everywhere. Many of the jets in the pool were broken & the steam room was out of order. However, the facilities were very well kept, they were constantly cleaning. There's a wide selection of food & a ton of seating. I like that there's a movie theater room. And the price is $25 cheaper than Spa Castle. I still enjoyed myself. Two tips: 1) Save $8 by going to Super Komart just down the street & buying a pass for just $42 if you pay in cash. 2) Bring socks! The floors of several of the sauna rooms are very hot. Shoes are not allowed but socks are. You should also bring your own towel for the water park. The complimentary ones are hand towels.

The indoor saunas were the same mostly from what I could tell. But there were some touch ups. Doesn't look like the outdoor pools received much of an upgrade. The food at the pool bar too way too long. I ordered a chicken sandwich so not sure what the reason for the delay was. The drinks were pretty good. As well as the Korean food on the 3rd floor. The double in price from the pre renovation isn't worth it to me. It's definitely more of an atmosphere to socialize than to truly relax like you would expect at a spa.

I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Don't drop the equipment or use Super heavy weights because one of the Staff members will ask you to not disturb the spa next-door. The music sounds depressing and it's played through an intercom system. But it's the only full gym on the side of town. It closes a little too early. You are sharing with Hotel guest. That may not know what they're doing. So I only maybe recommend it. The few positives include: You can probably find the equipment you're looking for. It's not overly crowded, unless there's a convention of annoying people in town like yesterday. They keep it clean. Generally, I feel it's overpriced for the value. But again, it's the only one on the side of town So get a tour and figure out if it's for you.

As far as I know there is no email newsletter or online schedules. I went to one class so far and there was no one attending, I arrived right at the class time and the teacher was packing up because no one was there. Like I said, from an equipment standpoint, there is everything you need, it is not the top of the line, but everything seems pretty well-maintained and in working order. Access to the hotel pools is also a plus. But it does not feel friendly at all, you are kind of left alone to figure things out. I came from very communal gym membership environments so it is quite a change.
