My house is two years old and I am having issues with my AC unit, not for the first time, not the second, but the third time. First time they claimed my AC unit was bad so they replaced it, great! Issue wasn't fixed and came to find out the AC unit wasn't hooked up properly by a 220 line. Issue was fixed, and went a year without any issues. This year I go to turn my AC on and it sounds like someone is beating the crap out of it. Of course because we just hit our 2 year mark on the house nothing is covered but the parts, which sounds great in theory but not when I have to fork out over $300 in service and labor fees to fix the issue that I shouldn't have a damn issue with for a very very long time. No one is willing to work with us. They claim the part should be in within a few days and it now has been over a week waiting for AC to get fixed and the fixed date just keeps getting pushed to a further date. I have a 7 month old and a 3 year old having to sleep in a freaking sauna. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I tried calling the next day to talk to someone about their price my calls were not taken, nor returned. Ide hate to see what they would charge for a $24 part from a appliance store. Highway robbery. He said the a/c portion was filled with oil and had lost all the refrigerant. Waited 6 days for them to turn estimate into the home warranty company. By this time it is 30 degrees at night and I have no heat because it is a combo unit. Warranty company denied claim because the estimate said they could not diagnose it because it was too cold out to run it. What? You can't run a unit filled with oil and with no refrigerant in it. Had to call another company that came out the same day that confirmed the unit was filled with oil and the compressor was shot. He didn't need to run it. Had an estimate the next day.

Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with. They left zero mess, and couldn't have been nicer. We are so happy with the new unit, and it is working so much better than we had even hoped! I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a…read moregood game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn't solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!
