They never came back to do the needed full repair and would not return phone calls (even to Mr. Collins' cell phone). I tried for weeks, and was gaslighted the entire time. Two days ago I tried again for a different maintenance issue. Surprisingly I did get through, and they scheduled a service appointment for the next morning, but they never showed up. No phone call. Nothing. I tried calling them to find out what's going on, and their AI answering said we'd get a return call. Of course, that never happened. A once good company now terrible.

Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with.
