A new box was installed and electrical adjusted safely. I'm so thankful for him recognizing it and both men did a great job cleaning out and servicing the unit! After moving into my new property and having my boiler system maintained there was a flood due to many system failures on that boiler that the service tech didn't correct. Not only was there no accountability but I was charged an egregious amount to fix these issues and when given the opportunity to correct this for a long time client due to their error, they chose not to. If you've worked with contractors before you will know this is something that is valuable, and rare.
