** $125 flat rate for single story house. ** Just had Dan Downey Window Cleaning clean our gutters and downspouts. He also cleaned the leaves and debris off the roof and out of the roof valleys. They showed up exactly when scheduled. It took Dan and another worker two hours (we have a very large/steep roofline) to clean the gutters, downspouts, roof, roof valleys, and clean up the fallen debris off the lawn/deck. They did a great job and everything looks terrific! You can't beat the service or price! read more

We live in a 1900 sq ft mobile home in Pinebrook Village. We have three large awnings and two large oak trees overhanging the awnings. Dan Downey Window Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the awnings and cleaning up the yard when they finished. Dan and his co-worker showed up on time and discussed what was required. They did great work and the price was great. I called the company in the morning and they were able to come out a few hours later. They tackled my 2 story home no problem, and completely cleaned up all the debris from our gutters. Very professional, service was prompt, and we now have empty gutters. Before Dan came, our windows at the patio resembled milk glass. We had numerous mud dauber wasp nests and cobwebs along with general grunge. Dan did a beautiful job and I would ask him to come back every time we have a need. This corona keeping you in all the time can give you cabin fever but looking out of sparkling clean windows picks up your morale. read more

Dan did an amazing job taking care of the gutters on my house and garage for a rental property that I own in Roseville. He responded to my texts quickly, got over to the house within a day or two, cleaned everything out beautifully and even sent over the invoice electronically. Dan and his man were early this morning. They patiently waited until I got home. Had a downspout on 2nd story that had been clogged for a while now and backed up the water to the point i had a waterfall in the front of the house. These guys were able to clear the clog and check my other downspouts to make sure they're cleared. They inspected the gutters for debris. Should be good to go this winter. read more

Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Dan's window service was exceptional! Not only did he reply within minutes to quote, he showed up early and prepared. We have a 2-story with 30 windows - some more challenging than others - that have not been cleaned in many (MANY) years. I am extremely pleased with the work and have threatened all family members with a finger smacking for the first smudge or print I find :) I would definitely recommend Dan and am looking forward to following up with touch-up (outside) window cleaning and hope to take him up on his gutter cleaning and power washing soon.
