When we came inside she gave me the remote to the heating and air and wanted to make sure I was comfortable offered me drinks and snacks. I was not expecting her to be such a great host as well as a photographer!! Her studio has anything and everything a newborn baby and post partum mom might need on an outing such as changing table, wipes, diapers, sound machine, boppy breast feeding pillow, and so much more but those were just a few things I noticed or used while I was there. She has an amazing collection of props, fabrics, bows, and adorable vintage little outfits to choose from when styling your baby for the photos. She helped me choose a lot of it bc I could not make up my mind. She was a swaddling pro the baby was extremely comfortable. We had my 3 year old son come at the end of the session and he wasn't quite cooperating but she was very patient and understanding. This information was NOT clear in the landing pages and was not expected as I have signed up for many photography courses over my 20 years in the business and have NEVER ONCE had an educator with hold training like this. When I voiced my displeasure she refunded my money and locked me out of the remainder of the course. The only information I needed was on DAY FIVE and now I cannot access anything. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way this was dealt with. I am still receiving emails from her and I cannot access anything! I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. Don't waste your time with this. It's not worth the headache.
