You would never have know they were there. 2nd call was because after receiving a very high water bill it was discovered I had a running toilet. I called just after my basement flooded with over 12" of water and the woman who I spoke with (Donna) could not have been more wonderful. Not only could they install a new toilet (to replace my ancient one) they brought one to me to save me the hassle of figuring out how I was going to get it to my house in my small car. To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. Donna worked her magic and squeezed me in that day! Dan was professional & courteous and did a great job!! I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing needs.
