Carl arrived on time and made all the repairs needed. He also explained in detail the entire course of the repairs and the purpose of every part to be inspected and replaced. When he needed some additional help Carl called for his partner who arrived promptly and assisted Carl in few difficult steps. We've used Approved for years. Always VERY professional. They are a little on the expensive side but they are known for NO comebacks. When the job is done it's done right, and you can be assured they won't need to return any time soon. The technicians that came to my home were very respectful and wore masks and booties. They completely cleaned up the area around our kitchen sink leaving it cleaner than when they found it. They arrived on time and when promised. I called in the morning and they had the clog fixed by early afternoon taking only about an hour to unclog a drain and replace the under-sink pipes. I needed a new hot water tank. The company came when I was available to install it. They were nice, professional and at a fair price. 18 months later. Lowe's was putting in a washer and dryer. We could not find the shut off valve for the hot water. We called approved Plumbing and said they'd be there in 10 minutes. I have never had such a fast response from any company. While en route, we figured out how to turn the water off. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Simply the very best and a reasonable price. I called Approved Plumbing one morning to see about some slow drains we've had for some time. They had a tchnician, Luke, outblater that afternoon! Luke was very professional, courteous and wore booties in my house (I like that!) He checked out my issues and offered two options. I opted to try a bio-cleaner to dissolve buildup in the pipes. Their service fee if $89 which I guess is fair, but it does not apply to any work you have done unless you spend $500, which I think is unreasonable. Mike did a great job. He fixed our plugged up bathroom sink (never dump acrylic paint water in sink) and repaired two running toilets and one is ancient. My only complaint is the cost, but I was willing to pay to get these repairs done. And Mike M is a personable guy. read more
