The person who came to measure the apartment was friendly and professional as well. But the biggest shout out goes to Billy and Emil!!!! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. We had heavy furniture that they took care of without a second of annoyance. They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them. I thought it was a minor issue but he made sure it all met up seamlessly. You can see it in the attached picture. I had refinished the trim prior to the install.

Customer Beware! Waited a while to post this review as I did not want to include emotion…read more Lack of professionalism. Met owner (Fidel) on a whim. I was redoing my kitchen and needed my floors done. Why not support the local guy. In sum, owner has no personality, has no customer service skills, I was not happy with install, installation is done by young kids who do not know what they are doing. They were a no show several times without calling. When I brought this to his attention, it just did nothing phase him. However the Materials are good. After several spirited exhaustive conversations, owner refused to repair the issues with floor. His installers laid a floor that had gaps underneath. Rather than repair or just inform us of the gaps as stated on our contract he continued to finish the floor. 2 days after install, I called the owner to reinspect. He stated for us to finish the kitchen and he would come back to repair. Kitchen was completed and he stated that he could not fix the issues. Not good! When I asked aren't you concerned about your reputation, he stated " I have other streams of income. Some people just don't like me". I can see why. This issue is not finished.
