Kyler greeted me pleasantly and after inspecting the job, provided a verbal quote: $395. (ouch). Job completed in 45 minutes, no problems. And he checked other pressure relief valves as well. Is this too much to $$ for a simple pressure relief valve replacement - yes! Because of their outstanding service would I call them again? - absolutely!

Then they stopped communicating with us all together. Luckily we were able to address our problem later that night (as it was below freezing).
