Pulled up after a 12 Hour Rd. trip to visit my friend in North Carolina and just wanted my vehicle not be covered in bugs, only to end up sitting and staring at a screen that wouldn't take my card for 10 minutes. Then. Like a not smart person, tried another credit card. After being stuck there for a few, an attendant came and helped put cash in. The explanation was the machine was acting up. Moved to the entrance and expected the worker to hose down, he did not. Asked me to roll down the window and proceeded to say, I didn't ask if you wanted to tip, did you want to tip? Gave up two dollars politely. Note: I usually tip more. Got the car wash, went over to the vacuums, and I always carry a towel with me and went to wipe down my car. Still had bird poop streaks all over the place dead flies and such on the bumpers and the hood. Sure I picked the option to have wax on the wheels... Those did not seem particularly shiny. Just not impressed. Happy I don't have to return.

Was told the OEM glass didn't arrive last minute yesterday evening and was offered a third-party alternative instead. This is unacceptable! I specifically chose Safelite for OEM glass due to concerns about compatibility with my smart electronic vehicle technology and potential warranty issues. The last-minute notification is causing significant inconvenience, forcing me to miss work and lose income because I can't drive with a cracked windshield. Safelite failed to have the correct part as scheduled and informed me at the last minute. This is unprofessional and causing me considerable stress. Resolution Demanded: Install the third-party windshield tomorrow at NO COST. Provide a GUARANTEED appointment for PROMPT OEM replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST due to Safelite's error. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30.
