It's just this lot off of Buford Highway that honestly doesn't look visually appealing from the road. A small lot with a bunch of cars randomly parked- no clear parking spots, the entrance of the building is off to the side. We dropped our car off and didn't receive a call or an estimate the rest of the day. We figured they were just busy given all the cars in the lot. That gave us more reassurance that so many cars were there. However, first thing the next morning we received a call letting us know what to expect in terms of cost, what was wrong, and our options. They were very honest, explained everything thoroughly, AND best of all, did not try to push anything on us. We were given the cost estimate to rebuild our transmission with new parts or get a used transmission. They gave us recommendations and did not push the more expensive option on us. We opted for the used transmission, which we were told would take 1-2 days for the part to arrive. We assumed we wouldn't get the car back until the next week. The very next day we were called and told the car would be ready in 2 days. Much much faster than anticipated. They offered to replace the clutch for us too, which we declined and they didn't try to push it on us. The next day, we were updated on everything, and we decided to go ahead and replace the clutch. Despite this, the car STILL finished before the anticipated time. When I picked up the car, we were informed that he fixed another part for us and refilled the coolant for no charge, the transmission has a 6 month warranty, and lastly, I mentioned a discount on the website for $100 which he happily applied to our bill. The car drives amazingly. The clutch feels great. The transmission works perfectly. Shifting gears has never been easier. We are so pleased with the work, the speed, price, and how thorough the communication was. Trust the reviews and take your car here for any transmission needs.

We had to call every few days to get an update or we would hear nothing. We finally got the car back after about 2 1/2 weeks. It seemed to run fine. After a few months, however, we were still having transmission issues and were provided diagnostic codes when we took it to a near by auto part store. Fine. It's under warranty. We take the car back to the shop. Our vehicle sat at the shop for legitimately 1.5 weeks with little to no calls or updates. We finally retrieved our car without our warranty repairs as we were given excuses about how short staffed they were and how someone had jury duty, blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile, we're renting cars, taking Lyfts, Ubers, etc... all while the car is just sitting there. Simply said, this shop does not honor their warranty or at least not with any urgency at all. If you have 100 years to wait.. then maybe your experience could be different.

Everything is wired correctly but the Box doesn't fit in like it's supposed to. Down facing speakers and the speakers sit on the floorboard so the sub is muffled. We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Despite the fact that my car was in good working condition and I only required a fix for the side bumper, the auto body shop insisted on unnecessary repairs. Communication with the auto body shop was a constant issue. When seeking updates on my car's status, I was consistently directed to contact the insurance company myself. This lack of transparency added to the frustration and inconvenience of the entire process. When I informed the auto body shop that I would be retrieving my car due to the insurance claim denial, I encountered further problems. The promised completion date was not met, and the final labor cost exceeded the previously agreed-upon amount by over $100. The lack of an itemized bill, combined with an unexpected $400 administrative fee, only added insult to injury. What's more, my car was held at the auto body shop for an extended period, well beyond the promised timeframe. Upon finally receiving my vehicle, it became evident that the service was subpar. Not only was the bumper expected to be retained by the shop without my consent, but essential parts were missing, and my backup cameras were no longer functional. The entire experience left me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of, with the auto body shop engaging in what seemed like a deliberate attempt to inflate costs and withhold essential components. This has undoubtedly been one of the most unsatisfactory interactions I've had with an auto service provider, and I would caution others to not follow the directions of your insurance company if they are affiliated with this autobody shop, especially if you are at a no-fault accident. At this point I was informed they would charge me $358 for the diagnosis unless I engaged them to do the repair. After another 6 hours (the next day) trying to figure out when they could start and if they could get the parts, with no assurance of when it would be ready, I withdrew authorization and paid them their diagnostic charge to get my car back. I'd stay away.
