    Just had to add proof since they are trying to say I'm leaving false reviews and there is no record of me, like I said I paid them over $6k to fix the car and they didn't fix anything glued all parts back on. Let's see if she comments on this too. I also still have multiple pictures of the terrible service, just a warning, stay away

    If I could zero stars I would VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The manager kasey is extremely rude and disrespectful , they had my car for 3 weeks in which I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up While I was out of town. I did express to them that I wouldn't be back until a week and I wind up returning 2 WEEKS later instead. When I arrived I was asked if I could come back a few hours later because my bumper still needed to be put on , So clearly my vehicle was never finished. The manager Kasey called me while I was in the office but he thought he had contacted his front desk assistant (Tia) he said "I'm watching and listening to the cameras, why do you still have that lady in my office asking you a thousand questions if it's not ready ! It's not ready! Get her out of my office" I was hysterical I said sir this isn't Tia but this is how you feel about a customer that's supporting your businesss , I have been nothing but respectful and patient with you during the entire process and this is how you feel about me , wow I am disgusted , just give me my vehicle I will pay you for what you have already repaired and I will go somewhere else for someone else to do the job that appreciates my business. He said he couldn't release the vehicle to me under the conditions it's in So I called the police and I was forced to pay him $3,800 or he had the right to keep my vehicle , so I just went ahead and paid to avoid any other issues . Once I drove off the premises I noticed my door panel was not attached and there was also a piece from my door missing ,I now have to pay another shop to repair it properly and fixed the damages they have caused in the mist of "fixing my vehicle".I then drop my car off to another body shop and they asked me where was my old bumper that they took off the vehicle I said they still have it , and he offered to communicate with them so he can go pick it up , he also stated there is thousands of dollars worth of sensors and other pieces they needed that was inside of my old bumper to complete the job if not I would have to reorder all of those materials which would increase the price tremendously. When he contacted them they were not willing to cooperate they also stated they had discarded all of my material , this has been the most frustrating situation ever I will definitely be taking them to court! To get everything I'm owed

    This man hired me and fired me all in one day because I didn't wanna drive my car around to run errands for him. Then, he said he would pay me for the little amount of time I was there, he faked a Zelle payment.

    Not your typical 8-5 weekday shop. By appointment only for drop off and pick up. Work done off site. There is no work garage on premises. Only a store front. No documents provided for repair work or payment. When I went to pick up, they insisted I pay cash only which I though was weird. I was forced to pay for a $700 repair Cash Only. My repair work looked like it was done by an amateur. Repair work lasted around 60 days before I began to notice issues. Body panel popped out. New paint began to spot. I also noticed white pet hair in my black interior and which was very odd given the fact I don't have pets. Again, work done off site so you really don't know who is in your car or in possession of your car. I agreed to pick up on a Friday at 12 noon. Regal said they would be there. I had an Uber drop me off at the store front. I waited over an hour for said employee to return from lunch although we agreed on a pick up time. I DO NOT recommend. I WOULD NOT go back. Especially if you have a nice or new car. Mine was a 2017 with only 10K miles. If it is car that retails for over $30K, go somewhere else. I recommend Reid's/Reed's Body Shop Downtown or Kong's Body Shop off Cheshire Bridge Road as I've had good experiences at those places. They are full time shops with workers, staff and on-site garages. I hope I help save someone the trouble. Spend a few more bucks and get someone to do quality work!!

    Finally got the ding on my wife's Lexus taken care of along with a freshly minted ding on my Mini. Regal took care of the dents and immaculately detailed both of our rides. I will definitely be back for the "Gold" package detail. Best price in Atlanta for what you get. Casey and his team are very professional and are conveniently located in Brookhaven.

    I had a small damage near the front headlight, and they were able to repair it perfectly, this is my second deal with them in 3 years and it's a pleasure working with Casey every time.

    They really went above an beyond in helping me restore a 1967 Chevy Impala (my dream car). The rebuild of the damaged side and the paint job are without flaw. Casey was wonderful with everything and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I'm going in a couple of weeks for a full detail and I can't wait to see her after that.

    If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. This place is a joke and their customer service is terrible. Let's start with the first set of pictures with the highlighted marks. That was was round one of when I was told my bumper was "done". I had to call multiple times and leave unreturned messages to even get ahold of anyone. Wrong color! and tons of chips and scratches. Seriously? The second set of pictures is round two. Bent "new" bumper, parking sensor fell off, bolts missing/loose, overspray, blue paint fingerprints on my drivers door... this is a joke. This is not our everyday driver so I had to have a friend pick it up the second time due to being out of town, so unfortunately I couldn't be there to inspect it myself at the exchange. And they say "life time warranty", but when their work was questioned, they were more worried about comparing mileage to avoid liability rather than trying to rectify the shady ass work that was done on my car. Who cares if it's 100 or 1,000 miles later? F these shady people and John you are an A$$#o!3. I should have gone with the company that was $500 more because it would have been right the first time. And your "shop" is a joke. Who has the freakin paint mixer in the waiting area!? Unprofessional to say the least as they will talk you in circles until you don't even know what you were even trying to talk about. Such a JOKE of a company.

    I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We contacted this…read moremobile mechanic service when our car wouldn't start, hoping for a quick fix. It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services
