Not too much ice, but enough to make it cold...which was appreciated. The coffee tasted fresh and not a hint of bitterness. I sucked it down so fast I regretted only getting a small. Prices are on par with home-crafted small business coffee places in downtown Boise, even though we're in the middle of rural Idaho, but it's definitely worth it! Also snacked on a soft, flavorful chocolate chip cookie as a splurge and it was equally delightful. Service was so sweet and caring...such a great little place!

Later, I discovered that the card charge had actually gone through. I went back the next day to get it resolved, but the barista said the manager wasn't there. I left my name and phone number and was told someone would contact me, but I never received a call. Since I was visiting from out of town, I had to leave the following day and wasn't able to return in person. Mistakes happen, and I understand technology can fail. My frustration is with the lack of follow up and customer service after I made the effort to resolve the issue. I hope they can improve how they handle situations like this for future customers. The coffee was good but definitely not $60 good.
