If I could leave no stars I would. Mom of 4 here. Very disappointed with the customer service side of the business. My account was flagged due to my kids getting sick with the flu then COVID making it so we had to cancel their appointments. They refused to let us reschedule. The schedulers were a nightmare. There is 1 doctor there who is absolutely amazing. However the bigger guy is just as rude at the front scheduling staff. Very disappointed with this practice. Just know if your kids get sick you will be flagged and treated very poorly. read more

I don't like that they push sedation even for very minor procedures. My 4yo daughter needed a very small pinpoint cavity filled on her front tooth and they pushed me to sedate her. The dental assistant rolled her eyes at me and scolded me saying I should've opted for sedation, she asked "if i was *at least* going to give her laughing gas" in a very exaggerated mocking tone. I replied that I was fine with the gas as I stated at to the dentist. My daughter was there for a laser assisted cavity cleaning for an extremely minor cavity and then it was to be filled with the tooth acrylic. There was no reason to sedate her for that. The dentist was wonderful he reassured me in my decision and had her cavity gently taken care of in under 15mins. He is truly a saint and the only reason I bring all my children back. Most of the other dental assistants and office staff are wonderful. read more

The doctor and staff are very unprofessional and rude. They are not helpful and have no interest in answering questions whether it be for their patients or staff.. I have never seen someone be so disrespectful to their staff and there is absolutely no teamwork that I see ever. The dentist made me feel very uncomfortable and was just staring at me.. do not recommend this office. There are much better offices to take your kids to. read more

So, after a routine exam, my child wound up with a cyst on the gums. I called for guidance and got the runaround, and nobody ever called me back. During that same exam, I asked about a small brown spot on two of my child's teeth that I was told wasn't a problem. Fast forward a few months, and the spot is now larger, and has spread to the outer edges of those same teeth. I brought my child back for an exam, and sure enough, there are now several cavities that require capping and conscious sedation, to the tune of about $750. I will absolutely not be fixing my child's teeth here. They either missed, or lied to me about my child's small cavity, despite directly examining it. Now the cavity is much larger and has spread, which means that my child has to suffer through what will undoubtedly be a traumatic and painful experience that will result in capping of very visible teeth. I can understand some mistakes but this is awful. Looking for someone new now. read more

Absolutely heartless staff, especially Savannah. Sedation was pushed on us and they left information out about how it would go. We didn't find out until the day before that neither one of us would be able to go back with him even though paperwork said differently. We didn't feel comfortable with this and spoke with them about giving us more time to decide and rescheduling. We told them of how our son (6) has already almost died on us twice and we and he both have PTSD, and it is very hard for us to allow him to undergo general anesthesia let alone to learn last minute we wouldn't be able to be with him during. Savannah was rude and had no compassion at all. Dr. Evan's basically said either we go the next day regardless of everything, or he will no longer be able to be seen there. We didn't even have time to process or decide. I feel like they were bullying us into getting it done no matter how we felt and had no empathy whatsoever. Absolutely do not recommend you trusting your child with them. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and everyone that works here. They are all perfect for working with children and also anxious parents. They are quick and efficient making it easier for the kids. They are kind and caring. Most importantly they take care of my kids teeth and do what's best for them every time. My son has been a patient at Kidds Dental for a few years and we had a great experience until he needed a few minor cavities filled. We are currently sitting in the office for the fourth time while my four year old is under general anesthesia to finish the procedure (two attempts with conscious sedation and one without). While we understand that every situation/child is different and he may "act his age", as stated by Dr. Evans and Wendy repeatedly, we decided to write this review because we are HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with how our son was treated during what was an extremely uncomfortable and traumatic experience for him and how little patience and understanding was shown to us as distraught parents. While I understand and appreciate that everyone here has years of experience and this is an unfortunately common experience, this was our FIRST experience with this type of procedure and we feel they were unprepared, dismissive, and unkind. It felt like they were placing blame on us and never once apologized for how unsuccessful our last visit was. I wish all of the positive reviews and experiences that I have had with many of the other staff members were enough to salvage our impression of this office but we will be taking our son to a different pediatric dentist for all future appointments. read more

Dr. Jared Evans was so easy to talk to...he seems very knowledgeable and i would highly recommend him. The overall experience from the girls up front to the girls in the back was so pleasant and welcoming. My kiddos aren't very nervous when it comes to the dentist but if they were i would feel completely comfortable with them being at KIDDS dental. I love Kidds Dental because my kiddo loves it there. How awesome is it when your kid wants to go to the dentist instead of dreading it like most adults. Dr Evans is a great dentist, very knowledgeable and great with kids. Most of the staff here are great, I haven't encountered a hygienist that my kiddo or I haven't liked they also are great with kids and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Unfortunately, I don't feel quite the same about the front desk staff. We've been going here for about 3 or so years now and I have yet to be greeted or welcomed by a girl at the front who doesn't seem to have slight attitude, almost like they don't like their job, or they are being disturbed having to stop whatever they are doing on the computer to help you, the opposite of the way the hygienists are. The office is fun with a tube slide in the waiting area, games and various things to do. There are claw machines which kids get tokens to after their visit with the dentist. Overall minus the front desk staff I truly think Kidds Dental is one of the best! read more

My kiddos (10,6 and 4) ask me when they get to go see Dr. Jared!! This office is absolutely amazing! They take the time to get to know the kids and us parents, and treat us like all like friends rather than a numbered chart! My kids get homemade cards after their cleanings telling them what a great job they did!! They are patient with my kids, especially my youngest, if she is nervous. I can't give a good enough review! My two boys Avery and Max have been to KiDDS Dental for all of their checkups, cleanings and other dental needs. The younger one has always had dental anxiety but the staff and doctor have completely quelled this by their kind, happy and professional demeanor. The office itself is geared towards making the kids feel welcome and relaxed. The parents have a front row seat and the staff and doctor are always engaged with the kids and parents answering questions and providing feedback. They are great about scheduling siblings together and will book 6 months out so we always know when the next is expected, which is really nice! read more

Be carful with this practice. this dentist will recommend unnecessary and dangerous IV sedation for your child without trying safer alternatives. Your child most likely will not need or never need propofol IV sedation for dental work... don't let them talk you in to this. This medication should never really be used outside of a fully functioning medical facility with trained persons; not dental techs and a dentist. There are safer alternatives to try. This translates in to a profit center for them while put the life of your child at risk. read more
