Dental assistant Tori was so kind and informative of things and she really educates parents and the kids on how to take good care of our teeth without any judgement as well. She makes it light and fun and my kids are always excited to come here. Crazy huh? I wish I had a dentist experience like my kids do. Dr. Delonas was awesome as well and honestly I'm requesting him for all my kids dental needs. I feel like as a parent, we are not taken advantage here unlike other places we have been too. He really listens and gives you multiple options that fit our needs without any judgement. He is so good with kids! I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone and I always tell people how awesome they are. Thank you all for giving my children a good experience at the dentist. They do not fear coming ever, even if it's a big procedure. That's what's made me love this place so much. We moved out of town and I will 100% drive here for the service and care we get.

They always get all three of our girls in at the same time for their cleanings or special appointments which is really great since we drive an hour to get there. We have had good experiences with all of that staff and they do a great job of putting the kids at ease and will work with each child and what they will tolerate. The kids earn points for cleanings, no cavities etc and can redeem the points for prizes which is a really great incentive to go to the dentist. My only complaint is no appointment availability on Fridays and they have an odd Medicaid schedule that can make the appointment booking a little of a nuisance... We usually do have to book pretty far in advance, as well. Overall, I'd recommend, especially for kiddos with a fear of the dentist.

Dr. Dance got the whole thing done and the sedation wasn't anything to worry about. The staff calmed my nerves and it was the smoothest I believe it could have gone because of the staff and Dr. Dance. After all that, my daughter asked when she GETS to go back. I tried to talk and was ignored. I find this very unprofessional and unethical. I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.

So about $2,500 later for the two treatments of these cavities... They made early morning appointments (7:30am) so that I don't have to deprive my kiddo from eating/drinking any longer than necessary (starts at midnight so no biggie there) I also picked up the special prescription from a local pharmacy and then brought it in with me. They let her pick a flavor, take a horrible substance that tastes nothing like the flavor no matter what you pick (haha) and then sit and wait for it to take effect in the waiting room. My kid passed out on me... they then called us in about 30 mins later and she came to just enough to be a little startled but they're pros at this and she made it through everything like a champ. Which was saying something since she went in really freaked out. We still have one other appointment to get the rest and I have no doubt it will be smooth because they have such a great staff and doc.

Makes good recommendations for each of the kids but is not pushy on what you should do. When the appointment was over it was easy to make a returning appointment at the front desk. The kids get little coins and they are able to pick out a little toy out in the waiting room. Definitely an amazing dentist.

Just know if your kids get sick you will be flagged and treated very poorly.

The dental assistant rolled her eyes at me and scolded me saying I should've opted for sedation, she asked "if i was *at least* going to give her laughing gas" in a very exaggerated mocking tone. I replied that I was fine with the gas as I stated at to the dentist. My daughter was there for a laser assisted cavity cleaning for an extremely minor cavity and then it was to be filled with the tooth acrylic. There was no reason to sedate her for that. The dentist was wonderful he reassured me in my decision and had her cavity gently taken care of in under 15mins. He is truly a saint and the only reason I bring all my children back. Most of the other dental assistants and office staff are wonderful.

I was hopeful to have my tooth fixed that day to avoid further damage and the dentist was willing and had time to do it, but was told by whomever oversees financials that I would be required to pay a minimum of $450 that day or they could not help me and I would have to reschedule. Despite tears, due to embarrassment for my lack of funds to fix my tooth, I was sent out with a "Have a nice night." I, like many people, have had expenses hit hard these last few months and our savings has been decimated. I was told I could not pay the bill after it went through insurance first. This option would have given me monthly payment abilities and a chance to save some money while getting my damaged and sensitive tooth fixed. I have been a patient here for years and never not paid a bill. I left despondent.
