Once I stayed once and appreciated the midcentury design of the place I was hooked. And the Swizzle Lounge was definitely one of the perks. When I was running late, driving north after work from South Florida I had a 1st primary objective, make it in time to grab one martini at Swizzle. I was making ok time but when I got into the lobby I knew I only had 15 minutes to spare. And there was a long line to check in. When I finally checked in I only had minutes left. I walked up the busy evening bar with little to no hope. And yet one of the busy bartenders saw me and said they had last call already, but they would get me for one. Halleluiah. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel celebrated and really added to the whole trip. Anthony goes above and beyond--great drinks, great conversation, and genuinely top-notch service.
