Great Service. They were able to squeeze in my Pomerian Mix for a trim and a bath on Christmas Eve. The closing time on their door states 3pm but they stayed waaay pass that to get the job done in time for the holidays. Attach is the before and after picture.

I was looking for a new groomers for my senior dogs after ours moved further away. Found this location and loved it! They place is great and they ladies were very kind helpful and the groomer knew exacted what I wanted for my two senior dogs. I was a little scared to take one of my dogs as he does have heart failure. But the groomers treated him very gentle and were very patient with him treated him with so much kindness. The haircuts were exactly what I had envisioned. I love this place and recommend this place!

Haemi is an excellent, award winning groomer here in San Diego. She has been grooming 20 years and you can tell with how precise her cuts are and how well she is in her dog handling. Her prices for the quality of work you are getting is more than reasonable! The parking in downtown SD is usually what deters me from going there so one of the best parts about her shop is that SHE HAS PARKING located right in front of it! So basically, book an appointment with Haemi. You will be glad you did!

Buyer beware!! I made a basic grooming appt. for my 9 lb, smooth-coated dog. I was told she would be ready in 1/2 hour. Fifteen to twenty minutes later I received a call saying she was ready. Upon immediate arrival to pickup my dog, her coat was dry and her ears still dirty. She hadn't been brushed or bathed. I requested a discount and was told by the groomer my dog had been quickly groomed because she was nervous... The only grooming she had was her nails. I paid $45.00 to have her nails done... I will never go back to this groomer or recommend her to anyone. They lie and are greedy. read more

Hamei is literally the best dog groomer in the world. She does a great job every single time. Duke feels so comfortable walking in with her and that makes me feel so good. she is a master at her craft. I love the teady bear cuts she gives Duke. We found Haemi on Yelp and it seemed like she and her team not only did 5 star quality grooming but also that the dogs in the pictures seemed happy and relaxed. We wanted to take our Maltipoo to a groomer that had really calm, caring energy since she can get scared easily. They have been everything we could have asked for. She is so relaxed going in and when we pick her up is so calm and happy which feels relieving to know she will always be in good hands here. Haemi is also been really accommodating with scheduling and can usually fit us in quickly. Thanks for such great services, we will continue to bring our pup here for many years to come. read more

Contrary to the review below, I would not use another groomer. I have been bringing my boy Rocky here since we first moved here four years ago and I absolutely refuse to take him anywhere else because I trust Haimi so much. She is an expert and a true professional. She leaves Rocky perfectly trimmed and bathed. She has never cut or burned rocky at all (like the comment below stated unfortunately happened to their dog) we have brought him in with fleas twice (unknowingly) and she always gets rid of the fleas and gives him a special shampoo. She has never been rude about it or said anything negative. She always gives us tips on what to do. If you are looking for someone for dog grooming look no further! Haimi is the best there is ! read more

THE BEST grooming service in San Diego. Haemj was super nice, responsive and could fit us in right away. I love how Nala's haircut every single time. I recommended Haemi to my friend and she took her Maltese in as well and the haircut came out so well. I wouldn't take Nala anywhere else. Hands down, the BEST Bichon Frise groomer in San Diego county! I am convinced, the owner, Haemi, is a "dog whisperer". I have several bichons that I keep in full coat and also do dog shows with some of them. They all LOVE being with Haemi. I love her new shop which is just on the edge of downtown...with super easy access from Hwy 163 and convenient drop off and pick up parking for her customers. She only takes one or two dogs at a time so your dog will get very individual and loving attention. I could not recommend her more highly. read more

Hemi was highly professional and kind to my 7 lb 7 month old poodle. She explained some things to me I wasn't aware of. I feel very lucky to get into her busy schedule. Another huge plus is that she does only one dog at a time so they have her full attention BUT importantly (for my pooch) are not crated. read more

Alright guys. This review is for those of you who are tired of so called "groomers" doing half a** or hack jobs. Screw the hoity toity places in La Jolla where they charge you an arm and a leg, or the groom shops that have a bunch of staff and don't know who's working on your dog so it's always a gamble whether it's a hit or miss. This sweet lady is a PRO-FE-SSION-AL. Seriously, she does/did competitions. Where else can you find someone who legit knows what that the heck she's doing? I see a lot of poodles, shih-tzus, doodles, maltese, yorkies. . I'm finally writing this review because I moved away and no longer can come here anymore so willing to share because she deserves it. :) For the quality of cut you get, her prices are fair too. I took my pup in for his first puppy cut and I am so happy with the results! Haemi did a wonderful job. She gave my puppy the teddy bear haircut and a cute little bandana. Excellent service! Took my two Shih Tzus in this morning for haircuts after recently moving to San Diego. I was a bit nervous after using our previous groomer from Florida for years, however, I could not be happier! In fact, these are the best haircuts they have ever had. My dog's favorite grooming shop ever! Haemi really knows how to make your dog look & feel great. I have a morkie who gets super nervous getting groomed and this is the only place she is happy to go back. Love the no-cage and boutique concept. Convenient location in downtown with parking spaces that makes a easy drop off/puck up. I'm so happy I found this place. Haemi is a professional groomer your dog will fall in love. She doesn't rush each grooming and takes her time for a very quality cut. She also has a Pomeranian which made my experience feeling better because she knew exactly how to cut their fur. We even had conversations about Pomeranians and everything about our dog care life. My Pomeranian looks so beautiful and smelt wonderful when I picked her up. I asked for a trim, clean up the buttox area, and do cut the paws (like cat paws). She also knows how Pom fur is suppose to look like and she rounded out all the areas needed AND brought in the fur around the waist to give my Pomeranian a cinched look. On one night, our dog looked that he was not feeling well, & Kristan made a wise decision to have her staff member get our pet to a nearby pet hospital to get seen, after a few hours, baby was okay, & same staff member returned our sweet one to the dog club. Our sweet baby had trouble walking & was slipping on their smooth floor, & Kristan made sure to get some dog booties to fit his four legs to help to make him comfortable & to make him feel at ease with his walking, & this made a big difference on him. It was also great to get additional information and speak with the manager. I could really tell she cares about the dogs that come here and she made us feel at home. I like how the dogs can be in the front and people watch out the large windows but also decompress in the back. The kennel area for overnights was also well-kept and organized. Also pleasantly surprised at each dog's locker and the staff's thorough physical checks of each dog and logging of their daily activities. I would say the only thing I had an issue with was logging into the webcam on my phone but seems to work on a computer. Also you can tell they use bleach from the smell but that is a good sign that they keep things sanitary. Other than that my dog seemed to enjoy his time there and we bought one of the packages so we will be back.

During a one stay, Finn was a little under the weather and the owner, Eileen, reached out directly to communicate with us about it and followed up repeatedly after Finn was home to make sure he was feeling better. It turned out to be a very minor issue, but I was impressed by the way Eileen & her team handled it. From quickly identifying that Finn was a little off, to promptly informing me about the concern- the experience gave me even more confidence in the level of care & professionalism provided by Pupper Club. But, the best testimonial comes from Finn himself. He was a little nervous & hesitant the first time we went to Pupper Club. They are two very spoiled girls! A few steps into the store was a big display of homemade (organic, I think) dog cookies. They were made with all natural ingredients such as sweet potato. We picked up two each for the doggos. Two Halloween themed and two ice cream themed, a cone and a bar. When we arrived home the dogs sniffed out the treats right away. Ozzy is a smaller dog with small teeth so we like to break her treats into smaller pieces. Holy crap! The Haloween dog bone cookies were hard as rocks! I had to chop them with a knife and it took some effort! T.J. is a big dog so she had no problem devouring hers. I can't speak to the grooming, but the variety of treats, toys and accessories for pets was impressive. A little on the pricey side, but that is to be expected in this type of bougie pet stor.

Until now, we hadn't had any major issues. Today, we had an appointment specifically for the rabies and parvo vaccines. After we got home, our dog vomited five times in a row. We called the clinic, and they had us come back in, where he was given two more injections to address the side effects. While on the way back, I reviewed the invoice and noticed that four vaccines had been administered, not just the two we had scheduled. When I asked why this wasn't communicated, the response was, "Next time, clarify which vaccines you want when you check in." I had already done that. The appointment was booked for two specific vaccines, and I clearly mentioned both at check-in. I was then told they automatically give all due vaccines unless otherwise instructed. If that's their policy, it was never clearly explained to me and I plan to review our past vaccination records to verify the vaccines were actually due. To top it off, we were charged $82 for the extra shots to counter the side effects caused by their lack of communication, bringing the total cost of today's visit to over $300. This visit left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and a refusal to take ownership of mistakes cost them our trust and our continued business.

I felt like she listened to our concerns and gave sound, reasonable advice for our elderly girl. The prices were very reasonable to me. Especially after visiting a recent vet we didn't like at Poway for 1 thing and being charged $200 more than we paid today despite addressing multiple complaints today. They were also quite transparent with their prices online. I actually liked our vet visit today rather than leaving stressed and dissatisfied. I can't say enough good things about Dandee Dog, I recommend them to dog parents everywhere! Our dog always leaves happy, healthy, and looking absolutely beautiful. The team is incredibly professional, and I've never had to worry about scrapes, cuts, or any mishaps. Every visit is consistent, safe, and top-quality grooming.
