I called in a pizza for delivery with a $100.00 bill, and the person who answered the phone on a Sunday, accepted the order because of what he had in store for me when he showed up at my door!! I'm looking at him as he's talking to me! He left my receipt in the container ON THE GROUND, so that he didn't have to count my change OUT to me for a $100.00 bill!! I'd ordered from this company MANY times, so I knew the routine of them handing the customer their receipt and counting back the customer's change with giving them their receipt at the SAME TIME!!! He stated to me "you NEVER give a TIP!!!" And I'm looking at him and my receipt on the ground in the container!! We pay for the delivery for these delivery drivers!! But, this is how these BOLD/AGGRESSIVE beings are here in Toledo, OH!!! They are EXTREMELY BOLD AND AGGRESSIVE!!! So, he pretty much DEMANDED that I TIP him because he accepted this order, knowing that I had a $100.00 bill!! He pretty much ASSUMED that I was VULNERABLE/AT HIS MERCY, so that he could pull this MESS on me!!! So, as he's handing me my money, he's DEMANDING that I tip him, ALL AT THE SAME TIME, with not counting/giving me back the CORRECT CHANGE like they USUALLY do, with my receipt!! This delivery person NEVER gave me my receipt!! He just left it in the container that the food came in on the ground as I watched him the ENTIRE time as he's behaving towards me, knowing/seeing what he's DOING!!! I saw what he was doing from the VERY BEGINNING!!! And I'm LOOKING at my receipt on the ground in the container the ENTIRE time!!! He was making up for ALL of the times that I NEVER tipped him with this delivery order!!! He TOOK about $5.00 from me without my permission!!!!!!!! He BULLIED me into giving him a TIP!!!!!! AMAZING!! I'm from DETROIT! We know pizza! Pizza is my FAVORITE FOOD EVER! This is DETROIT APPROVED! Detroit STAMPED! THESE mushrooms are so FRESH! Dandinos always delivers on great pizza every time I order it. I wanted lasagna a couple weeks ago and saw it on their menu. So glad I ordered, it was amazing. Tasted just like when mom used to make it. The real unsung hero is the garlic bread that came with the lasagna. I wish I could order that on its own. Two pieces weren't enough. read more

Ordered pizza last night. Asked for toppings on bottom of cheese and no olive. Got no mushroom instead of olives and cheese still on bottom of toppings. Had it delivered so just ate it how it was. How hard is it to get a pizza right. Won't be going there for awhile, happens every time read more

On a quick out of town visit, I was searching for some wings and a greek salad which yelp directed me here. Though I had a bit of wait for my takeout (not sure if this is normal or just a bad night), the wings were fall-off-the-bone delicious and the greek salad was satisfying. I ordered from these guys since the first week they opened almost weekly. Then, recently, they started going downhill. The last straw was a couple months ago when they delivered a severely undercooked pizza. It got here in under 15 minutes, which had me suspicious, but when I opened it, it was CLEARLY undercooked. The crust was pale white. I tried eating some of it anyways, but the whole center of it was nothing but raw dough. Any restaurant that could in their right mind send something like that out of the door, when glancing at it for 1 second you could tell it wasn't cooked, is a restaurant that isn't getting my business anymore. read more

Stopped in here tonight. First time I'd been down that way in a while, saw the new sign and had to try it. The pizza was amazing. Not the best I've ever had, but really good. Much better than I'd expected. Prices were fair. I live to far away to get delivery, but I'll definitely go back. Ordered the all meat specialty pizza with my family tonight. We loved it! The pizza was super cheesy and all of the toppings were high quality and generous. It was our first time ordering and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We didn't care for the cheese bread (it was way to crispy and not enough cheese.) However, still 5 out of 5. We will be back! Also, love that it's a small local company. Glad that Dandino's is in the neighborhood. read more

Friendly staff on the phone and the delivery person. I had the supreme pizza with regular crust, it was very delicious, crust was just right, light and fluffy. Nice amount of tasty sauce with right amount of quality toppings and cheese. Also had Italian sub that was a very good size and had good veggies and was very tasty. Very disappointed, gave them a second chance because they are close to where I live and serve coke products, after messing my first order few weeks ago I made it very clear, order specific..ok sir..... steak, mushroom, cheese only, light ranch,,, 20 oz diet,,, they delivered smothered in onions, I hate flipping onion, ruined the sub, then have a caffeine withdrawal headache and they send caffeine free... fudged order so bad 2 times can n a row,,, sorry moving on to another pizza and sub provider.... so pissed right now.... read more

I ordered from here today for lunch at work. The pizza was over priced and was not very flavorful. The total for 2 smalls was $17. I left a $4 tip for the driver. There was a delivery fee of $1.75 and they then raised my tip to $4.75. Now 75 cents isn't a lot, but when I tell you a $4 tip which is almost a 25% tip, you don't raise it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Ordered there a couple of times, they tell you 15-20 minutes, make it closer to an hour, one time it was an hour and a half, he delivered a big order to a factory and mine sat in a car , foods good when you finally get it though, The order taker hasn't a clue, tell him something and he asks you if you want that too? There's too many pizza joints in town to deal with their inability to get an order right and to you in the time promised! If you order--Go pick it up yourself. read more
