This is my new go-to pizza delivery place! Everything we have ordered you can tell is made fresh in house. Their subs are great and classic combinations. They're garlic knots and cheese bread of amazing. And I've tried almost every specialty pizza and have not had a bad pizza once! Their delivery is pretty quick and comparable to Marcos on slow night. I don't know if you can dine in but from the street the place is well lit and is clean. read more

Reviews seem good and happy customers. Just asked for small cauliflower crust, anchovies, jalapeños, marinara, feta cheese, pineapple, fresh basil. Have not seen anchovies available from most pizza stores. He says about 10 minutes ready. Labor issues sure hit hard here, by appearances. Apparently most is carry-out, so is normal. Clean and decent here. Anxiously waiting. WOW this is amazing and wonderful example of what I like for pizza, was a short wait, less than 10 minutes maybe. read more

Easily the best vegan breadsticks I've ever had--the pizza and salads are really good too!

If you're looking for damn good pizza look no further. This isn't your crappy overly processed chain joint. It's a local spot and the staff was polite friendly and helpful. The guy who took our order said they do deliver but we live in Perrysburg which is outside of their delivery area so you can Uber eats or door dash it if needed! We tried chicken bacon ranch, the triple pepperoni, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks. The CBR was delicious! The ingredients were good quality & fresh, the bacon was good not like the dehydrated crumbs you get at other restaurants and the ingredients were plentiful and evenly dispersed which made it that much better than other pizza places in the area. This pizza is the best in town. TRULY I've lived here my whole life and tried so many pizza places. My husband can't cook for squat but he's responsible or dinner two nights a week and gets pizza at-least twice a month for our kids. The Pizza's in our area are usually just an "okay" option for me and I usually just opt to warm up leftovers or skip it all together however, After trying Salute Pizzeria I will definitely be having it more often!! I ordered 2 Pizzas and was delighted to find all the options for my pizzas. Both the "Regular" and "Thin" crusts were good and again multiple choices to enhance the pizza. The only problem was when I finally got my pizza it was cold as it had been delivered to the wrong address. This was not the Salute's fault as the website offered on line ordering and during the process it auto loaded my neighbors address. Grub tried to blame me stating that I needed to correct my profile. I would highly recommend Salute Pizza but I would not recommend Yelp/Grub hub to place the order. The restaurant does deliver, going forward I will be calling them to place my orders. read more

The food here is fantastic. The owner works in the store. The dough is made with high gluten enriched wheat flour and red star dry active yeast instead of self rising flour. Everything is gourmet. It's a family owned business. The oil is Olive Oil instead of vegetable oil. They don't use "high fructose corn syrup" in any recipe but they do use 100% real clover honey (not "honey sauce" fake honey but REAL honey) in their dough. This company supports their family and anything you buy here proves that the American Dream is real and is happening. Other restaurants dazzle their customers with musical ambience and copycat paintings with dark lighting and fancy carpets to surround people with a theme that seems appealing and attractive but in this restaurant, instead of getting fake Italian ambiance or plastic statues of roman winged baby angels dispensing water from their mouths on the way in and out, it's a real American family business instead of fake Italy and rather than plastic statues surrounding, it's real people making food and taking orders. Instead of playing the "house" music, they hand you the remote and you can pick it yourself. It's a small business and the food is real and the recipes are designed with integrity and flavor rather than cheap thrills and high profits. Your contribution goes to hard work and dedication for a real American family. I am not related. Please go check it out and see what a "real" pizza family business looks like compared to those chain brand "better living through chemistry" pizza shops out there that only have one location per city but hundreds throughout the USA. Be proud of yourself for buying local "Made In The USA" wholesome foods that are honest, delicious, and appealing in flavor and quality for more reasons than just packaging and advertising. This company has real integrity and actually meets the standards people think they're getting elsewhere. Go check them out. Ordered online for dinner tonight. There were a few frustrating points to ordering. First, the coupon codes that came in the mail were too long for the coupon code field on their mobile site. Second, it would not take my credit card. They had a second way to order though the Slice app which worked, but overall was pretty frustrated by the time I got the order to go through. The pizza, salad, and bread we ordered were all fresh and tasted great. Id say if the local options we have in our area this has got to be one of the best. Always excited to try a new pizza place in town, and here it is. Expectations weren't very high being a recently opened place, but I was surprised in a good way! First trip I had the original with Pep and mushrooms, didn't want to over do toppings and it was excellent, great bread type crust that was crisp but light, bit right through and no chewy bite on the whole pizza. Had the Cesar salad with anchovies, a little plain but ok for a pizza place, could of had a better dressing selection. Definitely working their kinks out of a new place but worth it!! read more

After the gym, I found myself starving and so I stopped at Salute Pizzeria last night. My order was taken immediately and included cheese sticks and the CBR pizza (chicken, bacon, ranch). This pizza was AMAZING!! It had thick slices of chicken, real bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch sauce. Perfection! As I waited for my order I got a phone call that I took outside the front entrance. Recently things have gotten progressively worse in quality control. One of things I really enjoyed was the parmesan crust. I've made sure to check that box in my weekly orders and no, or very little, parmesan. One week I was given the wrong topping on a pizza. Two weekends ago instead of ultimate bread, I was given basic cheese bread with bacon topping. This past weekend no parmesan as usual, and my ultimate bread was HALF the size of what it usually is. Ordered a cowboy pizza and a build your own pizza, plus a sub and the cheesy bread. Everything was great, there was plenty of good barbeque sauce on the cowboy pizza. The kids said the chicken on that pizza reminded them of subway chicken, but we would say one of the best in town. read more
