New balls, ball trackers, replaced some of the older mats, etc. They're currently building a facility to serve food and drinks. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.

She is everything you could hope for in a coach and more. Shirley is patient, knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in her students' success. She made learning so enjoyable and built our confidence every step of the way. Her ability to explain and demonstrate with such clarity (and humor) made even the most challenging skills feel achievable. You can tell she truly cares about each student's progress and takes pride in helping them improve. We left our sessions feeling inspired, motivated, and so grateful for her. Shirley is an incredible instructor and an even more incredible person. Bird Golf is so lucky to have her. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Mary videoed our golf swings daily, on the range and the course, and then expertly broke down our positive attributes as well as our flaws. She prescribed various drills to eliminate -- or at least mitigate -- our flaws while accentuating the positives. She demonstrated new techniques where necessary and in so doing rebuilt our golf swings. This was a tall order for only four days. However, the improvements to our technique are very apparent. Mary brings to the table decades of experience. She has trained under numerous golf legends and is eager to share her knowledge with Bird Academy clients. We are planning to visit Mary again this coming November to participate in a six month refresher course.

I am extremely disappointed with how management handles customer property damage at this resort…read more While parked at The Wigwam, a stray golf ball from the nearby course struck the trunk of my 2025 Lexus ES 350, leaving a significant dent. There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

I ordered the club sandwich and it was delicious. I really liked the options you had as a side. I got the Cole slaw which was pretty dog gone good. It was especially nice they gave us some chocolate chip cookies too. Mike the Marshall delivered the sandwiches to us when we were on like the 12th hole. We got it and it's absolutely worth it -- unlimited visits all summer, which completely changes the value equation when you're bringing multiple kids. Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.
