I went to Bill to have him figure out my starting problem and he put on a fuel pump that I didn't need after telling him that not to and on top of that he put on my old computer that was defective and tried to code it and caused my cluster to be damaged. I still have a vehicle that still has a starting problem and I am out almost $2500 and he wouldn't take it bake to fix my vehicle. I had it towed back to him twice and when I took it back the second time and promised to work on it but didn't, I had to borrow a truck that I was not use to and because of that without going into detail accidentally ran over my dog and killed her. If Bill had told me that he had no intentions of fixing my truck, I would have never taken it to him and I wouldn't have used a truck I couldn't see out of very well and my poor dog would still be alive. Because of Bill trying to code a damaged computer and doing it incorrectly, my vehicle may be permanently damaged. I have been without a vehicle since Sept of 2023 and still having problems because of what Bill did to my vehicle.
