I called Matt on a Sunday and I had a quick return call and an appointment made at 8am for Wednesday. He gave me estimate of $320 for getting my rider and push mower running after I gave him a run-down on what was transpiring with both mowers. Matt showed up early did an examination and spent about 3 hours doing a complete tune up, diagnosing and repairing an electrical issue, changed oil, rebuilt carburetors, and sharpened the blades and then refused to adhere to our agreed upon quote! He actually only charged me $230! I have saved his info in my phone and would highly recommend for mower repair. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient and and economical. 5 Stars!

A bad situation made worse! Do not trust this business. Zero communication. Zero follow through…read more Over the course of a 6 week period, I experienced 5 no-call, no-shows. Was only able to get Neal over to do the agreed upon engine swap, after I contacted my banks' fraud division to freeze the money I sent weeks earlier. Once that happened, Neal re-appeared at my doorstep with an old clunker of an engine, that he probably got for free somewhere. I previously had a 24hp engine, and Neal showed up with a 12.5 hp engine that was far underpowered for what my mower requires. Current state of things: The mower has been totally hooptified. It starts, but it spews out blue smoke, chemicals and fumes. Another thing thats odd, it only runs on level ground. When attempting to go up an incline, the engine shuts off. If that wasn't bad enough, Neal didn't properly bolt down the engine to the chassis. Discovered that out when I went to start it the other day and the motor almost flew off the frame! I have reached out to Neal several times to finish the job and make this right, but i have only been met with radio silence. Took my $700 and ran.

Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family. I try to support local small businesses when I can and I gave this kid a LOT of grace. While he had my equipment he moved locations. After a couple of moths of contacting him several times, I finally went to get my equipment. The generator was in pieces, the lawn vac was never worked on (and the bag was lost in the storage/move), and my mower was given to a different customer even though I had the numbered service tag ticket stub. His suggestion to resolve the issue was "I guess you'll have to take me to court"! I stand firmly on this review and suggest that NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
