We were told we did not need to be there for the inspection and lo and behold a year later everything is falling apart. Apparently the previous owner pretty much stabled, taped and glued everything together that needed repairing. We have spent thousands of dollars in the last year because the previous owner was too cheap to get it fixed correctly and Chester's inspector was the absolute worst.
