I have been wearing contacts for many years and find it disturbing that she told me she would rather me wear a certain brand. Maybe they get kickbacks for selling certain brands? I got a call back and was told insurance wouldn't cover the glasses, great, no problem. They said it would be 2 week after they order them to receive. I called in mid February and spoke with Dustina who said she forgot to order them. Again, no problem. Fast forward to June and I still have not received the glasses that were paid for in January. I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else.

The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ultimately, I had to request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. They have remodeled, and it looks so nice and bright. Very professional and very kind staff! Very low pressure but high attitudes.(in a good way)!!!
