BIG MISTAKE **** I have been a patient at this practice…read moresince 2013, with my most recent appointment with Dr. Michael Morabito in 2024. During that appointment, Dr. Morabito informed me of his impending departure. Despite this, I chose to remain a patient, relying on Amelia's continued presence. However, during my appointment today, I learned that Amelia is also gone. I am deeply disappointed and will be transferring my care, along with that of my four children, to another provider. As patients and after insurance comes into play this office will be losing right about $375.00-$1000.00 per family member. Which three of us wear daily contacts. I strongly recommend the company reconsider this change and explore re-engaging Dr. Morabito and Amelia. Their expertise in patient care, especially regarding eyewear and contact lenses, was exceptional. I anticipate significant patient attrition as a result of their departure. Furthermore, I found the current office management (Blake) and the new doctor's experience to be unsatisfactory. I believe a review of the current management structure is warranted. Corporate should have better prepared for the transition and the roles Dr. Morabito and Amelia had. good luck, trying to replace them.

I have been wearing contacts for many years and find it disturbing that she told me she would rather me wear a certain brand. Maybe they get kickbacks for selling certain brands? I felt like I was being nickle and dimed and being told what to do with my money. FYI- All other reviews appear to be for a different doctor, Dr Bodkin. I was not given an option of doctors. You offer all the latest in your field, but I never felt pressured to try any the optional tests presented to me. Dr. Zolman was nothing shy of wonderful. I got a call back and was told insurance wouldn't cover the glasses, great, no problem. They said it would be 2 week after they order them to receive. I called in mid February and spoke with Dustina who said she forgot to order them. Again, no problem. Fast forward to June and I still have not received the glasses that were paid for in January. I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else.
