Most of the time, I never received that follow-up call, turning the process into constant phone tag with no resolution. As a result, I have been without glasses for over two months. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ultimately, I had to request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. I felt that Dr. Zolman was a great eye doctor, but I cannot continue without my glasses like this, and I regret having to leave his practice.

Prior to going I called Medicare and they said the cost of the frames and the lenses were covered in my plan. Ultimately it cost me $300 for my free glasses!!
