I got a call back and was told insurance wouldn't cover the glasses, great, no problem. They said it would be 2 week after they order them to receive. I called in mid February and spoke with Dustina who said she forgot to order them. Again, no problem. Fast forward to June and I still have not received the glasses that were paid for in January. I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else.

I also explained to him a concern for a specific blood test due to my family history , and he wrote me a referral for blood work, but didn't include what I had mentioned.
