I decided to give them another chance this year, and unfortunately, the check in experience was so poor and disorganized and with a rude receptionist that I had to leave without being seen. I arrived on time for appointment and stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the receptionist was on the phone. I was asked to be seated and then 10 more minutes later she asked me to complete paperwork that I could have been doing while I was seated for 10 minutes. When the doctor came out to see what the hold up was, the receptionist tried to say I was late for my visit. LOL. Good help is hard to find.
