I was rushed, and everytime I asked a question it was sort of brushed off and they kept trying to rush me thru the process, maybe they work on commission. So I was directed towards the cheapest wall (I asked for the cheapest options so that's on me, just graduated college) and they said my health insurance would cover the frames, but I had to pay $80 for the lenses themselves. The salesperson kept trying to upsell me. Thankfully I was with company, and my bf told me to just go on zenni optical. I shit you not, I went on zenni optical and bought a pair for glasses for 10$, the shipping and handling was $10, altogether $20. My glasses came today and look exactly like the $100+ pair that I saw at pearl vision, and I bought them for more than half the price. I bought a $400 pair of glasses here when I was younger, never again will I spend that much money.

If your frontline staff behaves like that, it only leads me to wonder what the Doctor is like who allows that type of employee to work for him (didn't make it that far).
