I met Dr. Alan several years ago, he looked at my bonded teeth that I'd had for a few years and mentioned veneers. Dr. Alan suggested I go that path, and so I did. I never take the time to write reviews but this dental office is so horrible they make up work that doesn't exist just to charge you and they charge double the price of any other dental office. They purposely do bad work to later make you need to fix the work. The crazy thing is they all have each others backs and cover for all the lies. They promise you certain things and then lie that they never said that. Every time i have been in there it seems that there is always new staff, turnover rate must be high due to honest people working there and realizing what they are doing to all of their clients. Integrated Dental is unlike any other dental practice I have ever visited. The waiting area is beautiful and it is never crowded. Appointments start and end on-time - that alone sets it apart from other practices. Dr. Barbara is personable, kind, and a leading expert in her field, Roxy is the sweetest dental hygienist - every person I encountered on the staff was so nice. Integrated Dental, Dr Alan Jurim Beware $$$$$$ bring your credit card and checkbook!!!! Have no problem paying if promises are kept and work done properly. I joined Yelp just to make this review, I was quoted $44,000 for 9 implants replacing my existing caps which where breaking and the reason for my initial visit to Integrated Dental in Woodbury, My experience started out great. I paid Integrated Dental $24,000 the promise was the 2 bridges (upper & lower) be replaced, stable and permanent and then implant process would begin. As of today i have a plastic bridge on the top teeth and a broken bridge on bottom teeth. I have been there 12 times to have the bridges re-glued and repaired. I had a tooth that became infected throughout this process which i ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM FROM. During this process was told i must have a cleaning on temporary Bridge (Additional $1200) Last week my top bridge was supposed to be replaced with a stronger bridge and when i arrived was told by the receptionist it would cost another $3000. I have been using poligrip to hold my teeth in between re-glues by Integrated Dental. Have had no response on how this was going to be rectified as of 12/8/16 i will post an update on how the situation will be resolved read more

STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRATED DENTAL!!! They are money-hungry thieves and liars. They offer ZERO warranty and purposely do bad work so you come back and have more work done and pay more. I rarely write reviews, but felt a moral obligation to alert others of their practice after my experience. I paid them +$40,000 for implants because they said it was necessary (I later was told by several other doctors that half of the work was not required). I consistently had problems with the implants falling off or issues with the sizing and aesthetics. Less than one year after one of the implants was installed, one of them BROKE - something unheard of in the industry. Integrated Dental told me that there was NO WARRANTY and I would have to pay more than $7,000 to have the work redone - even though it was their work and I paid thousands of dollars it for just a few months prior!! They are horrible - they will lie to you over and over. I have never seen such a dishonest brother and sister in my entire life. I have gone to ClearChoice now and they have saved me over and over. They are such a delight. They have fixed the mistakes Integrated Dental did for FREE and have given me a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY on the work, no questions asked. Please, please do not go to Integrated Dental and make the same mistakes I have. UPDATE: Integrated Dental is again lying in their response. I received a letter from them yesterday about this. Please, please stay away from this practice. They will only steal your money and do bad work so you keep coming back and they keep taking more money. I have shown their work to several other well-known, top doctors and they all said the work was horrible and I have to have some of it fixed. DO NOT GO TO INTEGRATED DENTAL. read more

This is one of the best Labs on the Planet. I have been using them since 1997. I can usually place my veneers or cosmetic crowns without making any adjustments at all to the contacts and very minimal occlusal adjustments. I have literally done more than 2,500 cosmetic veneers/crowns with them. This lab is on the cutting edge. They are full service and offer the newest technology. I just wanted to share that as a new patient at this business, initially I was impressed. That quickly wore off after I needed to make my next cleaning appointment (nothing fancy). Today was the last straw, hence this post. I am a busy professional and when I make an appointment I expect that it but upheld. Today was the 3rd and final time they will cancel my appointment last minute and try and re-schedule for a MONTH later. This is not a good practice and the girl on the phone originally that called me just to confirm and not ever 30 minutes later calls back to cancel. Hi. . .The following is my experience with the Jurim Dental Group. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alan Jurim and his lovely staff: Nicole, Roxy and Justina - from beginning to end. I am one of those patients who has "dentist phobia" and I reluctantly admit that all those years of not going to any dentist recently resulted in extensive EXTENSIVE dental work with a costly bill. Just to be clear, my dental work was so extensive, it would have been costly NO MATTER WHERE I WENT! What I truly appreciated about Dr. Jurim and staff is how that they were so caring and how well they responded to my phobia and anxiety, which in my mind, is a priority that many dentists overlook! Their excellent bedside manner as well as their office "vibe" put me at ease right away. Dr. Jurim took considerable time to sit with me and explain in detail what MUST happen to bring me back to good dental health. Furthermore, his office's digital technology made it easy for me to understand exactly what needed to be done. Dr. Jurim wrote out a comprehensive dental plan, which itemized prices and a viable timeline. At no time did he pressure me into anything, or criticize me for delaying or opting to research all my options. In the end, I opted to have all dental work done in one (1) day with appropriate sedation that was suitable for my particular needs. Thank GOODNESS Dr. Jurim had that option available or I might not have followed through with what was necessary for me. Now . . . as far as prices go. . . I am a participant in a dental plan that allows me a discount with Dr. Jurim's practice so that helped. For my particular situation, I found Dr. Jurim's prices to be competitive in light of the extensive dental work that I required. Everything was done in ONE office. . from cavity filling, to gross debridgment to porcelain restoration to redoing poor prior dental work to one shiny crown. There was no need to send me to any specialist because all work was done in-house (right down to the formation of my crown, which fit perfectly). And all was done under the comfort of sedation and good quality staff. I found my experience to be a worth while, personal investment. 24 hours after the completion of my dental work and my teeth look FANTASTIC and feel less sensitive and a whole lot healthier!! I am in no pain and I could not be happier!! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jurim to anyone who is in need to top quality dental work with up-to-date technology, in a calm "spa-like" environment. And for those are who like me - dental phobic with a capital P - Jurim Dental Group is where you should go. I sincerely thank Dr. Alan Jurim and his kind staff for all their time and effort! Dealing with the Jurim Dental Group may be the most.....distasteful...experience I have ever had with a professional office Some of these people, in my opinion, have questionable character and certainly no appreciating for any interest that deters them from milking as much out of the system and their patients as they can. They charged over $600 more than other dentists in the same plan by being over priced, going total overkill on procedures and by charging for things they were not allowed too. Part of that is because Alan Jurim charges as a specialist when he is only a general dentist. Be sure to check your bill! The dental Insurer made them reverse some of the charges but they deducted $88 on what they owed us for an "bite adjustment" on the almost $1900 out of pocket cost, for the crown and root canal they did. Have you ever heard of a dentist charging for a bite adjustment for work they should have done right in the first place? I have contacted the New York State Office of professional discipline because in their quest to squeeze every last over priced penny out of their patients, they ignored the rules of safety and performed procedures that could be contrary to the welfare of their patients. The complaint form will be filled in and filed as soon as I am done with this. I will also be contacting the better business Bureau and anyone else I can think of. They "mislead" ( being polite here) both me and the insurance company. The more you ask for explanations and fairness the more arrogant they become. It is astounding how hard they fought to cheat me out of a few hundred dollars with no consideration of what's right. There manipulated ever rule they could. Even ones they couldn't. Only being caught stopped them. My theory is they bill a lot of wealthy people who do not scrutinize their bills and they have become arrogant. If paying beyond top dollar for levels of work you don't need is what you are looking for then this is your place. It should be noted that this office will not be receiving any referrals from me or the dental plan that worked hard to get fair treatment for me from them. read more

Man, Jurim Dental Group is the best. I had some wack dental work done, and it was all falling apart and hideously done, so I left that office and moved to Jurim Dental. As soon as I started with their office, I knew it was gonna be better. You get email and text reminders about your appointments, and their office is super comfortable and everyone was friendly. Dr. Barbara really took care of me, made sure that I wasn't ever in any pain as she removed my old crap work and replaced it with STUNNINGLY PERFECT work. I no longer feel like I should wear a potato sack over my head to hide my cracked tooth. The replacement crown was milled on some crazy high tech device, and then hand finished for a perfect fit and look. No one I have shown can even figure out which tooth is fake.
