She was not pushy when advertising their products and instead even recommended getting them other places (not sure how great of a business move this is, but I enjoyed it, and maybe she was using reverse psychology because it made me want to buy something....) A friend had recently used Dr. Park and suggested I see him for a consult. I knew before the consult was even over that he was perfect for me. He took time to listen to my concerns. He asked about my likes and dislikes, and then gave me some options and suggestions. He didn't rush through anything, and made sure I understood everything involved with the procedure. He has a passion for what he does, and it shows. The day of surgery, he was running behind due to complications with a patient before me. He came in and apologized, saying he takes his time and gets it perfect. I got the same treatment. My surgery should have been 3 hours (breast lift and implant exchange - I went smaller) but took 5 hours. He told my husband this was due to the repairs he had to make once he was in there. My husband said he even personally called that night to check in and see how I was doing. I am about 5 months post-op right now, and today's checkup was regarding a knot I have. As usual, Dr. Park did an exam, discussed his thoughts with me and made sure to explain it in detail and in a way I understood it. (No big medical terms that leave you walking out confused.) He also has a podcast that I listen to. It's very informative about different types of surgeries, as well as other procedures like botox, fillers, and the other services he provides at his office. I highly recommend seeking out a consult with Dr. Park if you're interested in making some changes or refreshers. He is very soft-spoken and kind, and I felt completely comfortable with him immediately. His staff is excellent and very friendly as well.

Wifey recently purchased hearing aids. They have been great and she has enjoyed them immensely. A…read morelittle problem recently occurred with the dome on one of her hearing aids coming off and lodging inside her ear canal. It didn't hurt but it was some what bothersome. All the Doctor offices are closed so we opt for the local emergency room. We live in a town of 5000 and are fortunate to have an ER. The Dr in attendance tonight tries unsuccessfully to pull it out. Ends up inflaming the ear canal lining rubbing tools against the lining. To his credit he did his best but just didnt have the tools to do the job. He gives her a pain tablet and refers her to an ENT. As we leave he is willing to try some more but we leave and settle in for the night. Pain pill does it's job. The next morning we call Premier Medical and they have us come on in. After a 75 minute drive we arrive and have very little waiting time. We get to see Dr Kimberly Elliot. Dr Elliot has the dome out in less than 30 seconds. Excellent bedside manners and knew what she was doing. Also she had the tools/instruments to work the dome out. I recommend Dr Elliot for all ENT events in the future.

I loved everything about my experience and Jody is amazing. She takes the time to go over everything with you and the wait is only maybe 5 minutes I would have like to know about other services they offer also but the front desk person was the phone. There was no flyer and the website is a little outdated. No worries. Great people, fantastic experience. A consult is $50 and if your initial visit is on Wednesday, they can start the service you choose the day of your consult and visit are typically every 4 -6 weeks.
