Shannon was polite and very accommodating to make my appointment as soon as possible. On appointment day, two days later, pleasant greeting upon walking into lobby area. sat no longer than 5 minutes before ushered to an examine room. Staff immediately took xrays and prepped me for the doctor. Dr Gaballa came to introduce himself and explain the procedure about to take place (root canal). Did not waste anytime using numbing gel before injecting novacaine in multiple spots surrounding the tooth in question. Obviously Dr Gaballa used extra amount of novacaine because I literally felt nothing within minutes. Staff was present the whole time during the procedure and very evident they were exceptionally skilled assisting the doctor. I was so relaxed during the procedure that I almost fell asleep! The whole operation lasted less than 45 minutes. I have had two root canals performed previously by two different dentists , while the work they each did was satisfactory Dr. Gaballa and his staff has significantly raised the bar for professionalism and customer service.

I returned to him for a re-assessment, and to my surprise, the procedure had to be redone. To my astonishment, Dr. Gabella was so greedy as to charge me the full price for the repeat procedure. As importantly, he had a surley attitude and rushed out of the office when the procedure was completed. The worse and most costly experience ever- in the old fashioned, poorly furnished facility of his. Do not go..

Also I didn't care for the double rooms, seems like a HIPPA violation. I wasn't comfortable sharing my health issues while another patient could over hear it. However the staff was incredibly nice and so was the doctor. Victoria was the Dental Assistant and she was kind and made sure I had everything that I needed. I was in pain and they were able to give me X-rays and a referral to an Oral Surgeon. When I was in the lobby, it was pretty full and had a stream of patients. Perhaps they should think about investing in remodeling instead of another location. While in the exam room, I couldn't help but to think, I would love to find a modern, nice, dental office.

It has become so difficult to reach someone that I have had to physically go into the office just to schedule an appointment. the customer service and appointment scheduling process need significant improvement. Patients should not have to make an unnecessary trip to the office simply because they cannot get someone to answer the phone. I could not get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I hope management addresses this issue and improves communication with patients.

Highly recommend Crownsville Dental and Wellness Solutions!…read more Making an appointment was a breeze. I barely sat down when I was called back for my scheduled appointment. Jennifer, my hygienist, did an amazing job and put me right at ease with her skill and expertise. Dr R. is very caring and truly listens to the concerns of his patients. I definitely will be returning for all of my future dental needs.

We had high hopes for this dental practice, especially since we had almost a six month. Wait to get…read morein, but our experience was frustrating and disappointing. I scheduled back-to-back appointments for my husband and I, fully transparent about the fact that we would have our toddler with us. Was told that would not be an issue! My appointment was for 8 o'clock and my husband's appointment was set for 8:30. They came out to get him at 9. When my husband expressed concern about bringing our toddler back, without my appointment being done, he was told it would be fine. However, still feeling uncomfortable, he chose to reschedule--and was initially told that was acceptable. When I came out my appointment at 9:15, and didn't see my husband in the waiting room I inquired where he was? The receptionist told me that he had left because he did not want to bring the toddler back with him and that he can reschedule. When I inquired about whether or not he could pop back up now, since it was only 915, I was told no that his appointment was slated to end at 9:30 (even though he had just left the waiting area less than 15 minutes previously). The receptionist offered an appointment for Tuesday, and I said I could not accept it without conferring with him. When I got to the car and he said it would be OK, I called up to the desk and set the appointment. No issues. What we didn't expect was to have the new appointment canceled minutes after via text with the explanation that "Dr. Eric was unhappy that we lost an hour appointment on our schedule this morning" and that they needed to accommodate other patients on their waiting list instead. I did call and speak with the office manager, who basically informed me that I did not schedule back to back appointments instead, I scheduled staggered appointments which is different. She told me that Dr. Eric heard my husband say he was going to reschedule and heard the whole conversation and it was his call to make. As I explained to the office manager, when I spoke to the doctor at the end of my appointment, he made no mention he wasn't going to see my husband. I know it's a moot point because we won't be continuing with them anyway due to moving, but still--their response felt unnecessarily punitive. While we understand the importance of keeping a full schedule, patient comfort and flexibility should also be prioritized. Had we been informed upfront that rescheduling could result in cancellation, we would have made a more informed decision. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed rather than valued as patients. Professionalism and understanding go a long way in healthcare. Sadly, this experience left us questioning whether patient care is truly the priority here.

Dr. Adensanya and his new partnrr Doctor (forgot her name, apologies) were both extremely patient with me after I explained to them that I have pretty severe anxiety surrounding doctors and dentists. I had a procedure today and Dr. Adensanya and his team were extremely comforting, supportive, and understanding, all while doing an excellent job on the procedure itself. Talk about multitasking! I would highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you're uneasy at the dentist like I've come to be. Can totally feel the warmth! The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The only critical feedback is that I was almost accidentally charged twice. I paid for today's procedure after my cleaning in October, because they explained that they prefer payments ahead. Today, as I was leaving, they requested the same payment again. I told them I paid on 10/31 and they were able to find the payment. But if I had forgotten or misunderstood, I may have been overcharged. I'm certain it would have been returned if that was thr case, but I think its important for patients to be aware of what they paid, when, and which card they used to eliminate any potential hiccups! Overall, good experience, especially considering my anxiety.

I was called by a woman who identified herself as a temp. She said she was sorry I didn't have an appointment with Careen. I feel like I was singled out to go with the temp. Nothing against the hygienist because she tried to do her best. I have worked as a temp in the past so I understand. Why wasn't I told this before the appointment??? I would have rescheduled. I don't like to complain but I was really disappointed. I felt a push to reschedule with whomever for my next appointment. I was told I had to wait until September 2023 to get in with Careen. Obviously there is a shortage of hygienists. Who's to say that I won't get bumped again? This is not the first time this happened. An associate did my crown before the pandemic. I will not get into that story. But I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a proper crown a few months later. Another time a dentist did my cleaning.
