Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He tented our house, but he also inspected everything that could be damaged by the tent and had super helpful recommendations about making the process easy (for example, propping an old planter up to protect other things from the weight of the tent). He kept checking in advance and, when our contractors started putting up certain light fixtures that could be damaged, he proactively informed us so we could postpone that work. It went without a hitch. He personally attends to our mosquito and brown widow problems - which are no longer a problem. We had 2 other pest control companies prior to Jeff and neither of them got it done. I am a mosquito magnet, but I have yet to be bitten at my house this year. A skunk [update: FOUR SKUNKS] recently took up residence in our jasmine right by our front door and started scent marking every night because construction at the vacant house next door drove it to us (yay). While I'm ashamed to admit I didn't think to ask Jeff whether they did that kinda service ("termite" doesn't seem broad enough), after calling all of the local rodent removal service, Jeff was the only one who had a no spray trap (the others swore up and down there was no such thing despite every corner of the internet attesting that there was - some even charged more of it DID spray...right at our front door). He came the same day and caught it within the week and, sure enough, it wasn't able to spray despite it being trapped and relocated. This guy is a gem. He's courteous, polite, timely, knows what to do better than anyone else and DOES IT. THANK YOU JEFF! You have a customer for life!
