This has been the most effective pest control service I've ever experienced. I'm thoroughly impressed and would confidently recommend them to anyone. We once lived in a duplex that was full of cockroaches. I wasn't able to get rid of them. Nothing I did worked. I live in Belmont shore and over a span of 2 weeks found 10 cockroaches in my home so there was no doubt I had a problem on my hands. I called All Out Extermination and they were very fast, friendly, informative and transparent with their communication and price. We scheduled an appt quickly and one of their exterminators came, inspected, and assessed I had water bugs aka American roaches which luckily wasn't an infestation. He recommended I seal all my openings in the target areas like the bathroom and kitchen. He sprayed my whole home and since then not one roach to be found! That's a total WIN. We've had Oscar out to our place a few times now. The first time was because our attached neighbor had rodents, which means we also had rodents. He did a great job and sealed everything up outside. He then made periodic stops by our place over the next couple weeks to check up on the poison and sealed entrances. Fixed us up really well. We just had him out again to help us find a dead animal that was smelling up our place. Both times he went under our house in this tiny crawl space most plumbers won't even try going into. He checked around down there and noticed the dryer vent hose came dislodged. After not finding anything down below, he popped open the back of the dryer and found a dead rat . Oscar had done a great job setting traps, picking up the rat remains and sealing up access points - all for a reasonable cost given the degree of infiltration we had and the numerous openings around and a top the house where they were getting in. Highly recommend this very detailed effort to eliminate all rats. Oscar provided a detailed written report and pictures after 2 hours checking all areas: 1) behind appliances, cabinets 2) under the flooring and plumbing access 3) on the roof, 4) garages. The written plan and inspection was well worth the fee. This company was great!! I was totally freaked out, I saw a huge roach Wednesday night in my house and a small one the previous week. I've lived here for 2 years and never had any bugs like that in my house. I called and set up an appt and they got me onto the schedule 2 days later.
