We received bids from other companies, but from the moment the first technician from Premium Termite came out, I knew they were much more detail oriented than the rest. They thoroughly inspected all aspects of my home, including the crawl space and attic. To our surprise, we also had subterranean termites and needed some minor wood repair. Thankfully, the owner Jason, came out and put all of my termite worries at ease. He even went under my house for a 2nd time to take pictures of the subterranean termite wood damage so we could see what he was talking about (sorry about getting your phone dirty Jason!). The bid was competitive with other companies but we felt that Premium Termite was giving us a more complete picture of what needed to be done. I KNEW I had a big problem when my housekeeper found rat droppings when she cleaned my Airbnb. I was fully booked with guests this month, so I had to get this issue solved right away. I immediately called 3 pest control companies to come out for an estimate. Jeff and Kaycie from Premium came out the same day to assess my property for entry points where rodents could access the house. I had them check for termites as well since I saw droppings in my garage. They suggested fumigation, which would eradicate both within a couple of days. We have a 12 unit complex in Hawthorne that my Mother has owned since it was dirt - since the 1930's. One can imagine the feast the termites, ants, and other creatures that have taken up residence over all those years. How these guys manage to perform so professionally is beyond belief. I've got rats. Smart rats. In fact, super smart rats...the kind that eat the bait from the trap but don't get caught. They ate a hole in my living room. You know, *those* rats. They are maniacal, evil jerks that are plotting to destroy me. They're the worst! But they're no match for Logan! He is the best! If anyone is going to destroy the evil empire they're building in my attic....It's him. Logan spent a lot of time assessing my situation. He listened to all of my concerns (of which there were many because I'm rat phobic) and designed a pet friendly, anxiety reducing (mine..not the rats..they fear nothing) extermination strategy that met my unique needs. This company comes to our complex every year to perform an inspection to see if there are any termites. For two years in a row now we have had Sierra at our property, she has been great both times. Last year nothing was found, however this year there was a lot of termite activity on our balcony. Sierra explained the whole process of the treatment and made us feel safe and informed about the chemical that was being used. To my surprise there is more to termites than them just eating wood, there is a lot to learn about them and she was extremely knowledgeable about the termites! Now we know what to look out for for the years to come. We have also been having cockroaches.. ya know the big scary looking ones? Apparently these are also known as water bugs and because we are trying to use as little chemical as possible Sierra informed us on some ways that may help with the problem in our home. Outstanding service done by Premium from the guys in the field to the office staff. I cant remember the name of the gentleman that did my inspection but he was very polite, thorough, (very handsome), and honest about what actions I should take on my home. He suggested I get a couple more quotes before moving forward with any treatments and after getting three other quotes I still could not get this company out of my head, so I decided to move forward with them. About a month after my inspection was completed I called the office and had the pleasure speaking with Sierra, she was able to answer all of my questions about the fumigation process and what actions I should take to prepare my home. I even had to call back to reschedule my fumigation and they were able to squeeze me in for a whole week earlier than it was originally set. Premium is the best out there guys!! Although we haven't decided officially on a company yet (the wife is very indecisive) I wanted to hop on to leave a review solely based off the customer service I received when calling Premium Pest Control. My wife gave me a page full of questions to ask while calling around for service, most companies seemed annoyed that I asked any questions and made it seem like I should know everything about the way this works, however when I called this company they were very kind and patient. Ciara was happy to answer every question I had and then some. I love my wife to death however she can be very anal at times(hopefully she doesn't read this), premium shows they care and have patience which as a business owner, I know is huge to have. I cannot rave enough about this company.. first off the office was quick and responsive to my husbands initial call in regards to our request for a termite inspection, then the termite inspector that came out, Sierra, was extremely thorough. She went around the whole home and poked at every single rafter/eave, went in the attic.... AND UNDER THE HOUSE! This was my first time experiencing a termite inspection so it caught me off guard when she asked where the access point was! Not only was she thorough but her energy was incredible, like she was happy to be doing what she was doing! I know if I had to crawl under a house my mood would have been very different from hers. Luckily our home was clear due to it being termited before we moved in two years ago but all in all.. premium termite are your people to call. I have been a customer at premium pest control for about 6 months now, I was waiting to leave a review until I had a a couple of services done, but now it's time to leave that review! Each service that I've had from premium has been outstanding, all the technicians thus far have been extremely kind and knowledgeable in what they are doing. While Sierra was out today for my service she even took the time to roll up all three of my hoses, might I add it is awesome to see a woman working in this field, which is one of the reasons I felt the need to leave this review now apposed to later down the line. The best bug service EVERRR!!! We were previous Terminix customers and everything they recommended, Premium recommended against as "not that effective", i'e., termite bate stations in the ground. We had spider webs galore with Terminix (had to repeatedly ask them back to deweb our backyard). The spiders and webs are virtually non-existent with Premium! Our technician was Erica (loved her) and now Xander. Xander was thorough, professional and friendly! He found evidence of heavy termite damage (a complete surprise to us) and the cost for tenting our house is very reasonable (not done just yet). Premium customer service gets a score of 15 on a scale of 1 to 10!!!!!! They ask permission every time to charge you card before they send the charge through!! Premium Pest Control comes highly recommended by me, a customer for almost a year now!!!! read more

I had a technician named Logan from Premium Termite & Pest Control come out to my place today to give me a thorough inspection for termites. Logan spent a lot of time during this inspection and while he was inside my crawl space underneath my house, he noticed that my air conditioning and heating ducts were disconnected. So basically, my heating and air was only working at half capacity and my air conditioning and heat only partially cooling/heating my house. Logan connected the two ducts up for me on the spot and did not charge me for it. I am really pleased that I don't have to contact and pay an HVAC company to repair what Logan fixed for me at no charge. Plus, my gas and power utilities will now be lower per month.
