We had a 7am appointment time and Aaron was prompt and ready to go. He worked efficiently and also gave me tips for caring for my carpet. The carpets had been cleaned once several years ago and the result was dissapointing. With everything out of the rooms, the carpets looked really bad. Didn't hold out much hope. They showed up on time and went to work. About 3 hours later, the tile floors looked like it did when put down 27 years ago and the carpets looked like new also. To my surprise, they replied very quickly and someone was able to come out just a couple days later! I was impressed that they were upfront about the challenge of trying to remove pet urine from carpets. I feel like other companies may promise more than they can feasibly deliver in this arena. I decided to go ahead and have them come out. The tech, Alberto, was very professional and friendly, and the cleaning was done so quickly. He did a thorough job and instructed me on how long to keep furniture and pets off the carpets until they dried. He also threw in the cleaning of an area rug at no charge! I was so appreciative of that. My carpets looked and smelled so much better and they still look great two weeks later. The price was affordable, as well. Full disclosure: I chose Sunset because they're my neighbors; I had seen the van on my street so often they were easily the first company I thought of when I realized I needed my carpets cleaned.
