I was able to get an appointment quickly and Matt kept me updated on his arrival time. He was very professional and even kept me updated when he was finished and made sure to say good-bye. Matt worked for over an hour to try to get the odor out. Unfortunately I can't get smell out even though he said, " I used the strongest deodorizer that I have, let it sit and washed both sides multiple times. I'm sorry that's all I could've done for it." We even sprayed enzymes on it and set it outside to see if getting fresh air would help. We ended up throwing it away.
