Ever since it was finished, it has bubbled up and the patio looks atrocious. We were told that minerals are coming up from the ground and that is what causes it. We never had this problem prior to their coating being put on. My guess whoever did the patio before put some kind sealant. I wish we would've just painted it and not gone with this company. Now we have to find a company that will fix it without having to pay another $7,700.

But a bit later when the tops of our newly stuccoed fences started looking like they were wet and I texted Jacob several pictures showing him what had occurred, he said he'd come by to check the fence and said "I will stop by to check on it. Most time it's because dirty water and dust on the top layer block Jacob " Not quite sure what that means, I'm guessing if he's saying that the stucco was applied on top of a dirty fence on a brand new home, perhaps they should've used a blower or suggested we do it, if it was going to have an adverse effect on the completed fence. Why would we spend that kind of $ and not get a good result? We've had pretty hard rain since and my fence still looks the same in most of the areas. The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. After the final inspection a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly. It was an incredible experience working with LV Remodel.

As I had learned my insurance company does not cover a leaking roof (a story for another day) we called N&M for an estimate. The price seemed fair and since the work was in my master bedroom which required a repair quickly we contracted with N&M. The work was done neatly, correctly and in a timely manner which is all one can ask. In addition a set of window shutters was not reinstalled to our satisfaction and the contractor sent over two knowledgeable and excellent workers to correct the problem. For all the reasons above we gave N&M 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

My home suffered fire damage in August, and my insurance referred me to this restoration company. I…read moretruly regret trusting them with the job. The work they did was rushed, sloppy, and clearly not done with care or attention to detail. The paint is peeling everywhere, and it's obvious they didn't prep the surfaces properly. They painted right over visible damage without repairing anything first. The chrome molding they installed is full of cracks and misaligned pieces, it looks like it was thrown together just to get the job over with. It honestly feels like they were more focused on getting paid than doing quality work. One of the most upsetting things is that I personally watched them take the new sheetrock that was supposed to be installed in my home and then never put it in. That's completely unacceptable. They essentially cut corners right in front of me. To make matters worse, the team that was supposed to "deep clean" my house after the restoration left it filthy. I had to take multiple days off work just to clean and make my home livable again. I only started noticing all of these issues after settling back in, and since then, all I've gotten from them are excuses, broken promises, and endless delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you've already been through a traumatic experience like a house fire, the last thing you need is a company that cuts corners, lies about fixing things, and leaves you to deal with the mess they created. I have many more pictures of their sloppy work and damage done to my house but this is some of them.
