They came up with a solid plan and provided pricing on the spot, which I felt confident moving forward with--I approved it immediately and submitted a 50% deposit. From there, I was invited to visit MSI Surfaces to select the slab. I met with their sales manager and ultimately upgraded to Midnight Quartz, which I'm extremely impressed with.
