LV Remodel did a great job remodeling my entire kitchen. From the beginning their care for my home was impressive. Starting with the plastic tent sealing the area off. The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. My wife and I FINALLY have found a reputable remodeling business in the Las Vegas valley after several failed attempts! From the first walk-in visit until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but professionalism, quality materials and workmanship, and friendly personnel every step of the way. After significant water damage to our master shower, we sought quotes for a complete remodel & renovation that would be reasonably priced and built with quality materials. We obtained several estimates from big box store companies and were hugely disappointed! The prices they all charged with respect to the quality of the product we would receive were criminal in my mind. That's when we discovered Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Upon entered the showroom we were immediately greeted by Ashley at the front counter. She introduced us to Brett (I later discovered was her father and owner) and the two of them listened as my wife and I described our situation, what we were looking for, and timeline we needed the work to be completed within (if possible). Expecting an estimate far exceeding our budget, we were shocked when we received a quote for a finished product with high quality materials (stone floor, marble tiles, premium fixtures, thick sliding doors) , a completion date prior to Thanksgiving (family at the house for the holiday), and costing significantly less than our previous estimates. We reviewed the proposal overnight, and the following day returned to sign the contract. Brett explained all the nuisances associated within the agreement (unlike one high-pressure contract we resolved ourselves of earlier from a different company). The schedule was set for work to begin the following week. Daniel accomplished the demolition, framing, and drywall within the first two days taking care not to damage existing and remaining bathroom items (carpet, counters, etc.). The following three days, Adrian and Juan preformed their magic with the tile installation. To say I was ecstatic with the results is putting it mildly. I was floored with how well everything turned out. True craftsmanship with attention to detail in all aspects of their work! After the tile and floor, the glass doors were installed and Leo performed the final touch-up drywall and painting jobs with the same professionalism we had grown accustomed to receiving. Throughout the process Tony ensured are relevant materials needed by the crew arrived ahead of schedule, so as not to delay the project. True to Brett's word, all repairs were completed, and my wife and I were enjoying our new shower prior to Thanksgiving day! Now that is definitely a rarity these days!!! In closing, I can't say enough good about our decision to contract our shower project out to Las Vegas Remodel and Construction. The work crew was exceptional. Mario, who did the cabinet work, was a true craftsman and perfectionist, equipped with every tool made by DeWalt. Leo did a fantastic job with the drywall; you could not see the repairs. Kaleao managed the touch-ups and reinstalled the appliances, ensuring he did not damage the floor. I expected some floor damage and had spare planks on hand, but they covered the floor and cleaned up each day, amazingly not damaging anything. Every job has bumps along the way, but the Las Vegas Remodel and Construction team resolved each challenge effortlessly, without any distress on our part. Update: They lost the final payment which was a check mailed to them( which they recommended because they didn't want to drive out to collect the payment from us since it was too far) never contacted us about it and then we came home to find out that they had sent a lien notice on our house for non payment!! Are you joking me?! All for $700.00 that they lost. Called the owner, who was never in the office, left a few messages and an email and I finally got a response via email basically telling me that it was our fault that all of this took place. Long story short we had to drive down to Henderson ourselves and drop off another check in person to make sure they didn't misplace this one. Please do not make the mistake of using this place. We used this company in 2014 to redo our master bathroom shower and bathroom floor. 2-3 years later the grout on our shower floor started to crumble and come apart. I contacted the company and they agreed to fix it with them covering the labor and we covered the materials. We paid roughly $300. Earlier this year the same thing started to happen to our shower floor, the grout began to crumble. However, this time there was water leaking from our shower to our first floor kitchen. I contacted LV Remodel & Construction and the woman who answered the phone told me that I was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. I pushed back and they sent Chris to my house to take a look. He had another installer come out and apply roughly 2 tubes of clear bathroom silicone to my shower floor and curbing. After telling the installer the story of what had happened he told me that most likely my water proofing had been damaged when they originally fixed my floor. He didn't know why the grout kept crumbling. 2 days later I ran the shower with no leaks. That along with the fact that our kitchen ceiling was opened proved that it was not a plumbing issue. I contacted Chris about them fixing it since it was obvious that the water proofing had been damaged. He told me that they could not cover it because I don't caulk my shower ever year. And that shower floor maybe crumbing from my house shifting over the years. I told him that I wasn't looking for a handout, but did feel his company was somewhat responsible and wanted them to fix it since they did the install. I offered to pay a portion of it. 2 weeks later I get a quote emailed to me to redo the floor, curbing, and reinstall the shower doors (not demo and install a whole new shower) for $4,650. I did not contact them again. I can get a whole new shower installed for $5,000. They gave me a price that was so high to fix their mistake that I would either not go with them or be a fool to pay. So my word of advice to you is if you are looking for a company to do work at your house I would 100% not use this company. If you want a company that does a poor job installing a shower floor, that doesn't properly repair it, and doesn't stand behind their work or name, and if you want a shower that leaks then this is the company for you. read more

I met Brett at the Home Show at the Galleria and he directed me to stop at their showroom on Stephanie. There Melissa and I found exactly the materials I was looking for. Brett brought the picked out materials when we met at my house to get the estimate. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to complete and even though it was during the holidays the project was finished on time and is beautiful. I continued with their process of meeting with the first person who went through the process of asking what I wanted done followed by "What is your budget." when I gave a figure I thought was reasonable for the bathroom work as that is what we were talking about I was told that was to low and was given a figure that I was agreeable on. We set up an appointment for Brett to come out and measure and give me an itemized estimate. The day before they cancelled and said they could not work within my budget and refunded my fee to have Brett come out and measure I believe that if I had said $25,000 the estimate would have been $24,999......beware. read more

The finished product looks like it should be in a magazine!! The whole process from first step to the last was awesome. I knew what to expect each day because of the link to the Buildertrend website. The owner, Brett, is an angry hothead and will scream at loyal and polite customers like me. Such a disgrace and greedy person, many months later I am still pissed off at how he treated me..I had to seek therapy for the stress and nightmares he caused. Brett really needs to learn some basic etiquette and to take anger management classes. The job took longer than him and Nikki said with no apology for delay. Brett and Jordie were hired to do a simple kitchen remodel and this was the worst experience of our life. We would recommend anyone but Las Vegas Remodel and Construction. Their business philosophy is simple grind out job after job, no matter the cost to the client. They will fight you on everything, even things they know were wrong. They first deny everything and then place blame. Nothing but an argument and extremely poor communication. In the end they only want their money for the job, without regard to the client. Case in point, we finally completed the job and were discussing the punch list or walkthrough items. Brett demanded final payment prior to completing the walk through items, even though we had to signed documents stating clearing that the payment was due until all walkthrough were completed. We have so many more examples, that I cannot write them all. Thank you Brett and Jordie for one of the worst experience in our lives. My experience at first was great. They made me feel like they cared and did things by the books and legal. I was adamant they pull permits for my master bathroom remodel. Come to find out the subcontractors who started the project where smoking on property and dumping butts in my trash can, they would leave my house key on the outside of my door still in the lock and gate wide open. They illegally dumped solid wast in 3 different places in my landscape by digging holes and covering it up. Their are Henderson city ordinance for illegal dumping. Come to find out they never pulled permits for plumbing,electrical, and framing/stucco for taking out a window and framing it in. I was irate! They where forced to get permits a week before project was finished and then they tired to make me pay for them. I advised them i did not get any of my inspections that where required with the permits for the city of Henderson. I took photo's of everything. The stucco person spilled so much stucco in my landscape my gravel was hard as a rock and rocks stuck together like cement. When they painted it they used 2 separated colors of paints! Oops! They even put my cut granite counters outside in my court yard for a full day and night before they even installed them, and yes it sprinkled that night. My carpet in my bed room is filthy from them tracking in everything despite them putting down a thin layer of plastic. Very unprofessional company. I hardly saw the project manager in charge of my remodel. I saw his assistant more them him. I felt like all they cared about was the money and did not care about the person who hired them. I would not recommend the company and do not let them reel you in by acting professional in the beginning. The end result was very nice looking i do have to admit. But it is unknown if they followed procedure due to no inspections and i hope i do not have issues in the future in the shower. read more

It took a little longer than was estimated, but we were very happy with the end product. Our kitchen remodel was done professionally and on-time by Las Vegas Remodel and Construction. Brett and Chris were friendly, professional, and efficient. We first picked out materials and developed a plan at their showroom. After deciding on the plan, they provided an estimate, which we thought was reasonable. They came to our house several times to measure, make precise drawings (including 3-D images) and make sure that we were satisfied with the plan. The work was scheduled to start about a month after our initial meetings. They order and receive all materials before starting a job to prevent unexpected delays. A work schedule was set up on the Buildertrend app showing each day's job and the expected finishing date. Everything occurred on schedule. Workers arrived between 8 and 8:30 every workday and left between 4 and 4:30. Because their contractors are scheduled ahead of time, if a job was finished ahead of schedule, there might be a day with no activity. At the end of the job, Chris did a walkthrough making sure we were satisfied. A cleaning crew spent an hour the last day making sure the new cabinets were dust free. I hired Brett a few months ago to do a bathroom remodel- it was a redo that a previous contractor did a really poor job with and had to file a complaint with the NV Contractor's Board.
