I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. My fiancé and I went in to look at rings, and the staff strongly encouraged him to purchase a ring, even offering a discount. We stepped outside to discuss the purchase privately, and I decided I did not want the ring. While we were outside, another customer who had been shopping inside got my fiancé's attention and spoke with him. After that, costumer overheard employees including the manager making negative comments about me and my fiancé and calling me disrespectful names. Regardless of whether a sale is made, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. I came in here for a consultation a couple weeks ago. Sorry for slacking on writing this review! I have been busy. The Asian customer service lady that approached me when I first walked in, must have been new. She seemed to be either not very knowledgeable or maybe she just didn't care about what I needed. Who knows, maybe she just had a long day and was tired. I don't know. *shrugs* The other customer service person was very helpful, and he knew his stuff. He answered all of my questions and informed me that he would need the managers help to look up one of my inquiries. And I got lucky because the manager (Antonio) showed up right when we needed him haha Almost like I rubbed a magical lamp and made a wish to a genie lol Antonio was an absolute delight to work with and he called me to follow-up a couple days after I visited the store. If I could leave a ZERO STAR I WOULD. I use to be a satisfied customer until recently. Michael the manager was let go and will not be coming back as I was told from Antonio. Antonio is now the manager. Now I have purchased all my jewelry here and spent thousands of dollars here. I recently went in and explained to Isaiah that the necklace my wife had bought me the chain is to short. He then goes into the cabinet full of chains and brings one out and says okay is this the new length u want. I tell him yes. He says okay this will be exchanged as I didn't have the necklace with me at the time. I said okay cool Isaiah I'll bring the necklace back and we can do an exchange. Well when I went back with the necklace he says okay it'll be $418.02 I said what? There was no charge discussed you said it'll be an exchange not a purchase. Antonio is then called and he says "well I wasn't there when Isaiah said this" I said well he is your employer and he told me false information. I then proceed to ask if the current chain can be extended with links. Antonio said "I can ask the jewelry if he has SCRAPS left" I explained to him that maybe that wasn't the best choice of verbiage and that it was rude. He had me leave the necklace to get an estimate of what the jeweler can do. He calls a few days later saying there isn't nothing he can do as the jeweler doesn't have scraps and he can't extend it. So I asked for corporates number at this point. I explain to Antonio I've been a long time customer he agrees and says I see u in here all the time but doesn't take responsibility for his employee not being truthful as well as not trying to figure out another way we can resolve this. I explain to him I have a paid off necklace and I can't wear it cause the chain is too short. He gives me a corporate number that is a number where you can pay your bill. So that was that and I needed to go pick up my chain. Yesterday Isaiah calls and leaves a message and says " hey your chain is ready to be picked up and there will be a $75 charge. I called him and said who authorized anything on my necklace? He said well the jewelers friend that he works with had extra scraps and extended it. I then again asked him who authorized it no one called me to confirm or ask me anything. He proceeded to argue over the phone being really rude. He said can I put you on hold to talk to Antonio I said yes. He comes back on the phone saying the exact same thing that the jeweler had his friend extend it I said what did your supervisor say he said I didn't tell him. I said are you serious you just put me on hold because you said you were speaking to him. Every since Mike the other manager left this place or shall I say "is not coming back" per Antonio's words, is unprofessional. I use to like Isaiah but now that Mike is gone it's totally different there. I will not ever be purchasing anything from this location again. Anyone who goes in beware if you purchase something such as a necklace it comes with a "standard" short chain it fits like a choker necklace and you will have to end up purchasing another chain that's lengthier and deal with this unprofessional rude behavior. read more

Mary is the worst manager in existence DO NOT get your ring here I had to go into the store on THREE seperate occasions to have them change my due date for my payment and it's still the old one and they signed me up for a due date that I never agreed to which is proven in my contract and now my credit score is down 60 points and all she did was avoid accountability and did nothing to make it right so I will be pursuing legal charges. I am also in the bodybuilding/fitness community and have ALOT of friends getting married soon and I'll be sure to let them all know they can just go online and get the exact same quality jewelry and real too! For a fraction of the price. In the future maybe try having someone who understands the law running your business you'll be hearing from my lawyer and the city of Anaheim Chamber of Commerce did I mention I have friends there too? I said I do not make thousand dollar purchases without discussing it with my husband. She then said go get him, I said no, she said call him. Again NO. She then said you owe $25 for fixing the watch. I said fine, paid them, they took the free gift away. I finely left with a harassed feeling. It felt like I was being Bullied. I will never go back there again. The most important thing was him helping me find what I was looking for in my price range.
