Why would you give this establishment anything less than 5 stars!!!! Professional, fair, cares about helping, honest and friendly! Lets face it sometimes we fall on bad luck or need to cash for an emergency. I love....let me say this again love Beach Loan! Don't try to get over on them and don't take their niceness for weakness because you will end up losing and needing them again. This is the BEST pawn shop in Orange County! The employees are so nice and very helpful! There's a pretty lady who works there, I think she's a manager, who helped me sell my jewelry so I could afford to take my cat to the vet. She really helped me out!!She was very fair and honest and a wonderful asset to this pawn shop! If you want to sell jewelry, this is the place to go. I wanted a pretty ring, so we came all the way from Redondo Beach to check out this store. I had heard nothing but great things, my expectations were not only met by the selection but by the staff. Joe was a great help. He was very knowledgeable on giving us information about the rings we were interested in. We felt well-informed when leaving the shop with what he had purchased me. Just had another gun transferred through Beach Loan. Joe did everything to accommodate my needs again, including waiting for me even after business hours since I got stuck in traffic on my way there. He is the one to go to if you need an FFL dealer. It's also nice cuz it's basically across the street from Field Time, if you want to shoot your gun as soon as you get it. read more

Having to sell off many of my prized possessions I have collected over a lifetime has been a horrible experience. It's a long story but I had to raise cash fast. I was receiving offers of 10 cents (or less) , on the dollar for my gold and silver, and names like Rolex, Smith and Wesson, Snap-on, Browning, Sony, etc. I had nice stuff, not junk, and still getting killed on prices because I didn't have time to sell in the right places. A friend insisted I try Beach Loan Services Pawn Shop. I had been fleeced by other loan and pawn shops already and would never given them a visit had I not held my friends opinion in highest regard. Well, let me say Beach Loan Services has a customer for life. I understand a business must buy right to survive. Beach Loan was fair with their offers, less than I had hoped but far better than the competition and realistic, not much less than if I sold my things on Craigslist. They didn't take advantage of my time constraints. I ended up taking the pawn price on many things because at least I have a chance of getting my stuff back, not much difference between the loan value and the cash value. They took the time to research the internet for an actual selling price on nearly every item I brought in, giving me the information needed to make an educated decision whether to try to sell it on my own or accept their offer. I had never had another buyer go to the trouble to do that for me. I knew that the offer I received was fair even if I hadn't done my homework on valuation. I have even bought a few things I shouldn't have because of their fair pricing on quality items. Joe and his staff are good people, I enjoy just browsing the shop and talking with them when time permits. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
