I had the most incredible experience at the new Pandora store in Downtown Disney! Jasmine helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable while I tried on so many different pieces. I don't wear my actual wedding ring to Disneyland because I'm always afraid it could get damaged or lost, so I wanted to find something with a similar cut that I could wear during my Disney days. She showed me their selection of Park Exclusives and when I pulled out my multiple bracelets to show her, she noticed I had a few rare charms from other parks, and immediately told me she had 8 charms left from Hong Kong Disneyland (Anna & Elsa in the sleigh) that would look BEAUTIFUL on my bracelet (she was right), and she was so knowledgeable about the prices of the charms as well. She also told me about how Pandora was doing the B2G1 sale, but it was NOT honored in the parks. So, naturally I purchased my charms with her. Piper was an absolute delight to work with. This jewelry chain features a variety of necklaces, rings, and customizable charm bracelets! This is my daughter's all time favorite place to shop when making a trip to Disneyland! Today, we had the pleasure of being helped by Andy and Christine. The staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and amicable. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they sell. Prices however are relatively high, but that's to be expected- It's Pandora after all! Sometimes you can get pretty good deals with 25-40% off. Opps I did it again. I ventured into DD Pandora shop and let my guy buy me my Christmas present. The shop was jam packed. Service was very attentive. The stylists have a way of presenting the most beauiful pieces and creating custom bracelets taylored to ones personality. The amount of different charms they offer are crazy. Lots of themes like Disney, Advengers, Game of Thrones, along with animals, family, travel, etc. I went with a pawprint for my late dog and a Sloth because I just like them. I look forward to adding to my bracelet over the coming years. I had already stalked the website and knew exactly what I wanted. This made it easier for me to decide what to get. I went with a basic heart bracelet and 2 charms. The employee who helped me upsold me a safety chain to protect my bracelet. Being as clumpsy as I am I thought it was neccesary. Our experience was awful, be aware of the old lady employee named Sandra and his little friend. She gets annoyed every time you ask her to do HER JOB showing you the jewelry, girl, that place is not cheap at all and we need to try them on before spending money at the store. I need to say that we BOUGHT stuff, but we were indecisive about rings and when my mom asked about measure a bracelet (cuz the most part she's busy and she wanted to come back just to buy it) SHE SAID "NO, cuz your not buying anything" like HELLOOOO??? And then she went to his friend and said out loud "I hate when people just ask and don't buy" like we are not obligated to do so, while his little friend just kept starring at us laughing. We told the assistant manager Andy about our experience and she acknowledged it, and she apologized to us. Hopefully that lady and his friend gets a verbal or something about the situation, because this is not the way to treat people who are helping to pay your salary. We bought it back in Feb 2025 and had to come back Feb 2025 but the ring wasn't in stock so I came back March 2025 claimed warranty and now May 2025 I'm back and there's nothing they can do. The stones kept falling out and this is the 2nd time within the couple months that it happens. We came back cause we had warranty but they told us we can only use the warranty once which is absurd because that to me is like theft. Keep in mind I have various pieces/RINGS from them and this is the only 1! That has given me issues.I lost $100+ because they wouldn't honor their warranty based on defects. I came in at peak time and only waited about 5 minutes for one of the associates to help me. Piper helped me out and she is so sweet. I already knew I wanted the Sun & Moon stacked rings but just needed to find the right size, she was more than happy to let me try some sizes to find the perfect fit. She was also very accommodating, I was having a mild allergic reaction to something I had eaten so she moved all her things so I could sit down and we could continue the sale. Piper even said I could stay for as long as I needed since I really wasn't feeling well suddenly, which I very much appreciated. The disney CA pandora helped out people that came in after us, before us and when the sales rep came to help us she seemed so disinterested and started helping someone else out right in front of us. I get it we looked young and she probably thought we weren't going to buy anything but so unprofessional. We tried out our chances at the downtown disney location and way better service. This Pandora is located in downtown Disney pretty close to the side of the parks, so easy walk from that end but further from the parking. They offer special charms that aren't offered at other locations and are Disney themed. That being said, so does the Disney dress shop and they are not all the same charms offered. Just be sure to check out both when you go! I have been inside this store pre-covid and its usually quite busy...so busy I've never had time to get help or check everything out. We were visiting downtown Disney recently and decided to drop in. They strictly monitor customer counts and partner you with your own exclusive employee to help. You sanitize when you get in and can when you leave as well. They also sanitize all the jewelry you try on. It takes a bit longer but its worth the precautions they take, I think. The woman who helped us was very friendly and we ended up getting a bracelet and 2 charms. I cant wait to fill my bracelet with other cool charms. Thanks for the help! This store is great. read more

Of course every experience is going to be different. I get that & I'd like to think I give people the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people may be going through at the end of the day, but when you're on the clock, and at Downtown Disney of all places (yes I understand you are dealing with so many people with various personalities at this location) but what I found frustrating about my experience - Was that just a few days ago a very kind, male employee at Pandora was so kind, attentive, and he answered all my questions about the cleaning and care for my charm bracelet. Which I greatly appreciated. So it was my surprise and my disappointment that now today when my parents went in to get my charm bracelet cared for... the employees today brushed them off, said "they don't do that sort of thing" but when my parents told them we've literally been told, at that location, just a couple days ago that, that IS a service they provide, the employees suddenly said, "Oh well we're actually out today" (out of what, the cleaning solution???) It doesn't make me happy to write out this negative review, but it is extremely upsetting and frustrating to me as someone who loves my Pandora charm bracelet and as someone who loves going to Disneyland/Downtown Disney with my family, that I don't even want to get my bracelet handled at this location due to the poor quality of customer service we received today. Needless to say, I did not feel like we were valued as loyal customers. I'm hopeful for a better experience the next time I try going back.
