The rudest people in existence. They were not rude to my mixed girlfriend, so makes me think its because I'm a dark skin man. When we were in there together, they were nice so you see my problem i hope. Other Daniel's have been nice. Every time i come here by myself, theres a problem. Just go to Carson or somewhere else. LONNGG OVER DUE........ I know what you all might think of Daniel's, I'm sure it's something like cheap a$$ jewelry that's over priced...but you know what?? YOUR WRONG!!! .... if you've ever walked into one of there stores the prices you see are high but don't be scared there not the real price, I mean ya they would love for you to pay full price cuz all the employees do work on Commission, but they really and I mean really do work with you. They will keep going back and forth with their supervisors to get you a price that fits your budget.. plus they always give you a $50 gift card after a purchase so you can come back and get something else you might have had your eye on.. (it always happens to me) smh.. but anyway back to the review... ohh and did I mention they give you the cutest piece of costume jewelry after a purchase as well and those I Love , if you ever meet me chances are I'll be wearing one of those pieces. Went in to get my chain cleaned that it's that all. When my diamond gold chain was returned 2 of the 3 large diamonds were missing and the jewelry seemed to be as they stripped. All I was told is that's how It was brought in. I even showed photos of me wearing the necklace that they changed . I am highly offened and upset. I was not offered any help on who to report this matter to and was pretty much shunned away. I do not recommend this location at all read more

I just newly got engaged and my fiance bought the ring from this location, today we came in to get my ring resized and the two ladies that where there so unprofessional..imagine being so happy and excited in you come in to the store and get the worst customer service they wanted to charge us for the resizing and we got the warranty and not to mention the price we paid for the ring..the ladies where mocking us because we let them know the manager had said the resizing was free..they kept saying "Oh well the manager said so " I think the worst part of all is leaving and thinking that they would damage the ring on purpose because of the service we got! Go to any other one besides the compton location. The woman there dont know their business well. I bought a ring at a different location and since this one in Compton was closer I decided to get the ring resized here.. I called a different location and they said since I did get the warranty it would cover the resizing. I get to the compton location and the old bat-hag Rosy said I still had to pay. BS.. I called the location of purchase while still in the store and they said they would handle everything for me. Free of charge. Screw this ripoff place.
